Loved playing here (great course, beautiful setting) but the course needs to employ Marshalls to keep play moving. Round took over 5 hours. For what I paid that’s just too much.

Fun golf course. The rolling hills and terrain will test your game. Tee boxes in great condition and the greens are great. Nice golf carts as well. I enjoy playing this course when visiting the area.

Live this course. Beautiful, challenging. Round was over 5 hours. Too long. For the price, there should be a Marshall on the course to oversee of slow play.

Greens are very tough. Course is in superb condition.

Great course with beautiful scenery. Greens were in great condition. Fairways need a little work but played well. A little expensive, but not terrible.

It’s a beautiful course but I was surprised to find that there was no one managing the post at the first tee. The pace of play was SLOW and I wasn’t sure if we’d finish off the bat because we started at 420 but at 8 we were only at hole 13 or 14 till we called it quits because it got too dark. Also the guys behind us hit into us towards the end and I could hear them laughing. I got hit into last time I was here and one of the guys I got grouped with got so mad he just left. Like I said, beautiful course but I’d have a lot more fun at a cheaper course and wouldn’t have to worry about getting hit into with the same pace of play.

Last played here over 10 years ago but returned to do a tournament practice round. Course is demanding. Demands length and precision. Around the green you need to be proficient with different types of lies. Greens were bumpy and on the slow side but that might have been due to having a 3:39 tee time.

Not hard just have a marshal making people keep up with pace of play. On hole nine I have waited at ever single tee box. The group in front of us waiting as well. When I get to each tee box we wait for the group in front of us to tee off. They were waiting on the group in front of them as well. If you suck at golf play from the whites or reds don’t let your ego get in the way.

I tee’d off around 3:20 and didn’t finish until 8:08pm.

All I have to say is where is the Marshall? 3-4 groups waiting at par threes for a course I hold to a high standard is indefensible. I understand players play at their own pace but it would have been nice to see a rep from the club move things along. I didn’t expect to have a 5 hour around with an hour drive back to LA put a major wrinkle in my plans that evening.
