Horrible Time

Waste of time. Arrived early and paid. After paying I told them it was my first time playing there. I picked up my cart and headed to the first tee “early”. The group I was playing with tee’d off and finished the first hole? Hello starter thanks for letting everyone know!!!!

First and LAST time I will be playing there!!!

Need a course Marshal

Very slow round, no marshal in sight. Group ahead of my group hit about 20 balls per hole, 2 1/2 plus hole behind always

Hello. Thank you for reviewing the course. We apologize for the delay of play during your round. This is by no means the standard we strive to achieve. We work hard to accommodate everyone who visits our course and control the pace allowing everyone to finish in a reasonable amount of time. We will continue to look for ways to improve. Thank you for playing Dos Lagos Golf Course. We hope to see you again soon.

Enjoyable play

Next time in town, I will replay. Course is set up with challenges, to keep the ball in play for scoring. Staff was great. Course is in great shape.

Nice Exec Course

Well maintained course. No par 5’s, but a challenge. Next time I’m in town, I’ll play again. Water throughout the course, visibly noticeable, and manageable for the novice players.

Lacks Organization and Attention to Detail

My tee time was 8:58. I notified the starter that I was a single joining a 3x, but didn’t know them.

Well, I sat in the cart and waited for ten minutes to find out that the group I was joining was finishing the first hole.

They told me that there was a tournament and I was not able to start on the first hole.

Nice to know!!!

Lacks communication. Starter should of notified the person handling the first tee?

I don’t think I will be back here.

Not very nice!!!

Nice experience

Nice surprise. Played 9 holes. Course in great shape, greens were good. Playing patrons could be more considerate fixing divots (opinion). Looking forward to playing the other 9 holes.

We drove from OC to play.. found a good price for a Saturday morning tee time. The only real negative is that they don’t have a range where you can hit your driver a few times before getting on the first tee. Front nine is a little tight. Back opens up. Tee boxes can use some work, but fairways and greens were in great shape. Would play again for sure!

Midweek round

Course is in decent shape considering the amount of play. A few greens are a bit sketchy and a few tee boxes. One or two fairways have some bare spots. Well worth the money, staff is great.

Great Value and very challenging

If you are playing afternoon be ready for the heavy winds, this is what makes the course fun and challenging, slows down pace but it’s worth the price. Top notch staff, although short on carts on a very busy tournament day, staff was not overwhelmed and did not sacrifice customer service.
