Glade Springs Village - Stonehaven Course

First time playing Stoneheaven course.

I was driving to MI from Florida and decided to make a stop in WV and play this resort course. It is a beautiful, challenging and top notch condition course with awesome staff. It is in perfect condition from tee to green. I will be making a stop again on my way back and play the Wood heaven course. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. It is very reasonably priced for being resort course.

Nice scenic views, friendly staff, excellent course layout with multiple hazards to take in consideration. Definitely play again.

Early spring, just before aerification - greens were lightening fast and rolled true. In two week grass will grow out and greens should be nice!

Right from the minute you turn off the highway you know you’re somewhere special. I can only imagine how beautiful these courses are when the forest canopy is full. And absolute joy to play. Well manicured, receptive greens that were fast and true. Not know the course I could have benefitted from a blue/ white combo option on the scorecard. Found I left the driver in the bag with too much with short par of fours. Already been back on their website checking to see about a golf packages with friends

They had the course in great shape after a hard storm last night. Greens were running very fast for April but rolled true. Excellent golf course

Very nice course, excellent condition and staff very friendly. Only negative was a 3 some and a 2 some held up our 3 some Took over 4 1/2 hours to play and our group usually plays in 3 1/2 hours

Beautiful layout. Huge amount of area this one isn’t crowded in a small space. It is cut through the WV forest. Awesome course that I would play again

We played this course while visiting the area. It was a beautiful course and had a great layout. Conditions were great tee to green. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second round.

Stonehaven is a beautiful course, very picturesque. Course is also in tremendous shape. The pace of play here is quite awful. I played as a single, and it took 5 hours, 10 minutes. There was no range or asst pro on the course to uphold pace expectations. The groups in front also did not offer to let a single play through. The pace of play really put a damper on the overall experience.
