Mission Royale Golf Club

This course has gone through a number of ownerships. Currently owned by the homeowners. They have done a pretty good job of getting it back in shape. The only negative is the bunkers. Actually the bunkers are not playable at this time. Otherwise, enjoyed the round and the layout.

Played when the temperature was over 100 degrees. Given a bottle of water in the clubhouse, there was ice in the golf cart cooler and ample water fill up stations on the course. It was a very enjoyable round. We had the course to ourselves with a 9:00 start time. I will certainly be returning.

The course is in good condition. Staff always friendly. Overall, very good

The greens had been air rated recently and not in great shape.

I like the course layout and will play again.

The course is in rough shape for just starting into summer heat. They were aerating the tee boxes and thatching the greens which no one mentioned. Bunkers are in poor shape as well.

We had a good time playing the course. Only reason I gave it just 3 stars is the greens had been crosscut and sanded. Plus the sand traps were in poor condition. Normally the greens are pretty nice. I will play it again.

This course has improved over the past two years. The bad. It appears the sand traps are being rebuilt and currently not playable. The greens are very bumpy but playable. The good. Greens held approach shots from six iron down to wedges. Fairways and tee boxes in good condition. Excellent experience in the pro shop. Played at 10:30 with a Golf Now hot deal. Did not know the three other players in the group and had a good time. Three hour and fifteen minute round. Overall, happy with experience. If they can get the greens rolling true, Mission will be a must play.

Easy to find. Easy check in. Clean golf carts with ice in chests and sand bottles. Water buckets for towels water for us at start and coolers on course. Tees pretty good. Fairways good roughs with irregular grass bunkers finally getting work and sand. Greens still look funny and grass growing is somewhat irregular but putt pretty good. Only a few players and played in 2:55. Price way down too not suppose to take carts to car but seemingly not enforced

Fairways are much better than the pass. Reseed in September should make them even better. The greens are in pretty good shape also they came a long way .

A shorter course greens very hilly and a bit rough. Staff was great. Fun round.

Mid-length 18 hole layout in a senior community. Open design not too close to homes. Fairways and tees excellent and greens typical for hot Arizona weather. Huge greens with character well filled out are a little rough but certainly playable. Owned the course with two partners. Only a single playing through once and nobody in front or behind the whole round. Golfnow deal for $28 cannot be beat!
