Ok place to play

Easy to find. Easy check in. Clean carts with ice chests and ice and sand bottles. Water buckets for towels. Water for us at start. Tees pretty good but some wear. Generally pretty level. Fairways good. Roughs with spotty grass. Greens still need some care since they are not clear of irregular grass growth and are a little bumpy. Bunkers need to be removed a or cared for. Played in 4:20. Not suppose to take carts to car. Price has remained fairly tolerable

Going wrong way

Greens un-puttable due to increasing poa invasion. Plinko describes portability.

Bunkers are clay gravel mix and also unplayable

Roped off 17th hole is a detriment to play. Whomever came up with idea doesnt understand golf nor pace of play issues course has struggled with in past.

Bad course conditions

After playing several courses in the area, I found the condition of this course terrible. What grass their was, was cut so short that the ball bounced and rolled for ever. The sand pits were as hard as concrete.
