The small things count!

Played here two weeks in a row and the tee boxes were not mowed. The 2nd time all the pins were on hills making it dang near impossible to sink a putt. Bare in mind this is a 55 plus community. All the bunkers are dirt( we live in a desert sand should be easy to come by) On the plus side you can play this course for 50$ and save a ton of money over the highly inflated courses in Phoenix.

Good Condition and value

Course just out of overseed, most greens good except number 2. Tee boxes and fairways good. Sand needed in most traps. Grounds needs to blow clumped grass around greens.
