Should have been better
The layout is entertaining enough, but overall pretty ragged. Tees were mostly dirt. Fairways had little grass. Greens had numerous flaws and divots.
9 holes ran $16, but worth only $10 or less.
Course needs water and better maintenance.

1st Day at Loma
Perfect for beginners like us! Wonderfully friendly staff and the course was in tip top shape
This course was very smoothly run. The greens were well kept too. Also, the pace of play was perfect, and I didn't have to wait around. Lastly, the price was very competitive. I will definitely come back here to play.
Fun little Par 3
Took my girl friend who does not play much. Had fun. Used a 5 hybrid on down. We had great bloody Mary's afterwards.
Fun casual afternoon
Enjoyed playing this little par 3 golf course. Longest hole is around 150 yards so there’s no need to carry a bag full of clubs. Very casual and good practice for your short game.
A work in progress beginners par 3 course.
This golf course is. geared toward juniors, beginners and lessons. Some tee boxes are only hitting from mats and greens were in poor condition. Overall, the layout was good, but the course conditions were less than average.
Hi, James! Thank you so much for leaving us with your feedback. We value our customer experience, so your review is important to us. We will make note and we hope to see you back at The Loma Club!
First time playing this course. Easy to follow and good clear fairways. Would play Sgt.
The course is easy to play
It was my first time there and it is a good way to practice your short game. There are a few longer holes but a very pleasant place to play.
Great little course for beginners. My wife is learning the golf game. Perfect course, outing, for her and it can be a little adventure when you take advantage of what the area Has to offer. We ended up eating at the fish market and went sightseeing around Pt. Loma .
Stressed out Golfers
Last week we played this course, this is my wife’s second time playing that course. The first week it was a great experience very family oriented had a great time. This week going back there is a regular that takes cough a little too serious and begins to whistle and rush you even though people in front of us were the ones taking long. Unfortunately this causes me to believe that this may not be the course for me as I’m sure these complaints have been given to the front desk multiple times and they continue to allow this person on there. Advice to all good golfers, don’t play executive courses go play a full course as this is a family establishment.
