Fun Fun Fun
Short and technical with 3 long wholes too! Great time and a good way to round out you pitching and putting game!
GOOD course for the price
Pace of play was great. Layout is a little tricky. Course needs to be better maintained. Grass was overgrown at the tee boxes. We shouldn't be teeing off in a rough. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Good Distance Par 3
This course was fun because of the varying lengths of 60 yards to right over 200 yards. Elevation changes and wide fairways. Don't get there right at 6:30am, because the sprinklers are still running on the course. That was the only hiccup.
3 groups on the tee boxes numerous times. Pack you patience
Fun Par 3 Course
I love this course for a quick game or to work on my skills. They take great care of the course and it's conveniently located in Liberty Station so you have tons of options after a round.
Worst pace of play all time
Loma Club is a great spot for beginners and casual practice rounds, but there is zero enforcement of pace of play whatsoever. It’s always been slow due to the number of beginners and hacks that play there, but it seems to get worse every time I go. With ownership changing a few times over the past 5 years, the amenities and popularity has gone through the roof but the attention to the actual golf course is at an all time low. If they gave a little more attention to pace of play it would go a long way. Lots of people learn how to golf here, but teaching new golfers how to play with good pace needs to be emphasized.
$20 is steep for 1100 yards of golf
If you know what youre getting into this is honestly a decent little course with decent greens. If you book it for $18 on this app be prepared to pay $20 when you show up on the day of because they’ll just fake like they don’t know that’s a thing they’ve been doing for a long time but whatever. Overpriced for sure for 1.5 hours of golf but the location is great and it’s a cool venue before and after the round if you bring people
Great, simple golf for a range of skill levels
I'm a mid to high handicapper with 2 young kids and a full time job. This course has been a great way to enjoy a quick round (very quick during the week! Still well paced on a weekend). It's both good fun and good practice. If you can't score on a par 3 course, it doesn't matter how well you would have performed off the tee on a longer course. So this has been a great tool for practicing and stress testing my short game. Family friendly, and I've played with different skill levels when paired with others on the course.
