Always thought a great layout.. now course in pristine condition. There’s some challenge ing holes.

Hard to play to my handicap

Horrible round of golf workers mowing the rough would not stop .so we could play .advised management. They did nothing .will never play there again totaly disappointed played there several times

Didn’t have enough car overbooked have a three hour round for nine holes very slow no movement on the new golfers out there Marshall did not move people along properly it was one of the worst and longest rounds I’ve had in a long time waited at every hole

Spent the night in AC so was in the area looking for a new course. Due to weather I had the course to myself mid-day on a wet Sunday round. Challenging, yet fair layout for links style. Greens were immaculate at the time and responding beautifully due to the steady light rain. Thanks to the friendly staff and starter, as well as the ranger/manager riding the course, I got some good advice on where and how to hit em. Some beautiful holes, especially the Par 5s with a couple of choices off the tee and blind approaches. Shot 1 under on the back 9; they have some more get-able holes i.e. par-5 14th, and 15/16 across the road. Interesting layout and can imagine the angles and choices of approaches are much more limited when things dry out; these greens must roll really quick and are tough to hold when the wind picks up. I wouldn't suggest playing from the tips unless you're a true low handicapper; these guys saved me by telling me to play from the regular back tees. Must be tough sledding when you have steady 15-18 mph wind on a typical day. Just going off my first experience, I will definitely be back later this year to see how fair it plays on a dry day. I've played several links style courses but in general this was definitely my best experience in Atlantic county. It trumps Twisted Dunes and probably a better bang for your buck than the Bay course at Seaview if your anywhere near or above intermediate level player.

Over all we had fun. The front nine we had two lawn mowers on every hole with people in every bunker cleaning and we went off at 8:45am took forever

Everything from start to finish is amazing at this course even the food is unbelievable

from the starter to the pro shop rep the staff was accommodating and friendly. For early April the course was immaculate particularly the greens

I wanted a challenge being newer to the game and boy did I get it. Very hilly plenty of blind shots. Course was in great shape for being a slow start to spring. The round was enjoyable; my only complaint was lack of signage.

What a great reprieve from the usual pine tree lined souther New Jersey track. McCullough's is a great value for your money, offering a modern golf course desinged by local architect Stephen Kay. Be aware of the green complex's which are very undulating and penalizing. Forgiving off the tee with generous fairways. The course truly is a 2nd shot golf course requiring precision and shotmaking to avoid the bunkers and mounding that surrounds the greens. In all, this is a great value in South Jersey.

It. Was Ireland in New Jersey. Loved it and staff was great.

I played this course on a gray, windy day with a drizzle in the air and it ate my lunch. But it’s the closest I’ll come to playing in Scotland. Fun course. Fair but difficult. Something different.
