Seaview - The Pines Course
About
The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

Top Notch Track
A fun players course that presents a quality challenge for all handicaps. Had a rain delay before teeing off. The crew got us out in a timely manner following the storm. Incredible how well the course played after torrential rain. Great views, great value, fun to walk, simply a peaceful and pleasant round.
Great classic course
Love the Bay course but Pines is a close second. Great layout with most difficult holes saved for the end. Gotta have game.
Good experience
We played the Pines course on a perfect day. The course was in fine shape. The greens played slow but were very consistent. . Sand traps well maintained. Two thumbs up to the staff. We look forward to playing again.
Good Day
Course was in excellent shape, glad to see that the staff was hard at work during the last several months during the shutdown. Fairways and greens were in perfect shape, rough was tough but made it challenging.
Excellent
From the first time I played the Bay course I fell in love with this golf venue. Both sides are a wonderful way to spend a day golfing. The staff is polite and helpful .
Was disappointed with the conditions of the greens and tees, that had not been cleaned of debris. It makes it very difficult for putting and really retracts from the course. I also supposedly paid on my Golf-now Pass account, only to get to the course and have to pay, when Inwas told that your not supposed to pay service fees. Not happy
Good time to re visit an old favorite
Shockingly got an incredible rate to play! Have played the Bay course many times and it seems like after playing the Pines the money has been spent there. Pines was still in decent shape but it needed a good mowing from the tee boxes to the rough and a rolling of the greens. Layout was nice but puzzlingly was not able to use my Built in App range finder? Had, again, only the Bay course layout. Not sure if it was an issue on my end. Still love the course. Will come back if I can find a comparable rate. Asked to play 9 on the Bay course afterwards. Was quoted $59, a little high for 9 but it’s a resort golf course.
Wonderful Place
Not sure what it is about this place but it’s my favorite public course in south jersey. Conditions are always exceptional. Pace is usually great. Course is quiet and serene most of the time. Just a wonderful place to play.
Great course, but staff needs improvement
Love the pines course, but I was overcharged for my tee time. I told the person handling the payment outside (due to covid) that the price was wrong. He told me he would fix it, then come meet me on the first tee. He never came out, and I was charged the incorrect amount. I then called a few days later, and was told I’d get a call back. That never happened, and I called again, and left a voicemail for the head pro. Still haven’t heard back. $40 is not a big deal, but their unwillingness to fix their mistake and make me whole is bad business.
