Seaview - The Pines Course
About
The lesser known of the two 18-hole courses at the Seaview is the Pines Course. It originally started as a nine-hole course but another nine-hole course was added later and the two courses were eventually combined to form the Pines Course. The course has a par of 71 and it is 6,731 yards from the back tees.
Seaview's Pine Course doesn't provide scenic views but it does offer a good game. Some even prefer the Pines course because of its quiet location behind the resort's hotel and also because of its more challenging features. The golf course has tight fairways lined with trees, medium-sized greens that are undulating, and strategically placed bunkers.

Good site
I visited first time. I was exciting what Paying this course. Fair is good, green is very good, club house is good. I will try for visiting course with my friends.
Seaview Pines 12/4/13
Greens in great shape, fairways craggy!
Cartpath only for the reamainder of the winter season.
also, Bay course is closed until 4/6/2014!
Fabulous
Part of the love for this course is for the gorgeous fall day in later October.
The course is very well kept. The leaves are blown off the fairways making the game, even in fall, very clean.
Nothing special
Our group should have played the Bay course instead of the Pines Course. Read a lot of reviews that were all 4-5 stars and no negative reviews. We were disappointed with the average layout and relatively easy course, greens were nice, but slow. We played Shoregate the following day which was 1/2 the price (granted it is off season) and pristine and very challenging course. Live & learn. Final words, Beautiful hotel and resort, next time will try the Bay course.
Challenging course in great shape, a pleasure to play!
Got a great deal to play through Golf Now and had a great time playing it. One of the better resort courses I've had a chance to play.
Great views, KEEP IT IN THE FAIRWAY!
This course is great. Challenging if you can't find the fairways. Greens were in good condition, rolling a little fast but I like them that way. Was paired up with 2 members who were patient with myself and my playing partner. Hole 18 makes you a little nervous because if you hook it right you run the risk of hitting a car. Overall, great course, really enjoyed it.
Great fall course
Played on October Saturday afternoon. Course in great condition as well as greens rolling very true. One of the best public courses around in my opinion,
Great course very challenging
The course was in perfect condition and all staff members were extremely courteous and very helpful.
Greens were just a little slow. Ball should not stop on a down hill putt.
Great course, difficult, in great shape but greens were a little slow. It had rained earlier in the week so maybe they
didn't have time to cut them.
This course have great features
Overall the course is wonderful. First time played for me, very impressed with the maintenance. Course was challenging for me since I am recently back to playing golf so things are slow coming. However, had two other golfers with me that have low handicaps and they thoroughly enjoyed the course and were well challenged. One thing for me was lack of water features however, that's why its a Pine Course and if you want water then play the Bay Course which I plan on soon, season and weather permitting.
Beautiful and nice course. I would play there again
The staff was great. The course was in great condition. Greens were true. I would love to play this course again.
The day we played was very windy and this course is open so it was difficult even though the course is not very long.
Firm, fast & fun greens !
Great value, recommend to all. Course is in great shape, staff is always cordial
Challenging but fair
Was a windy day and ground was soft, little or no roll, so it played long. Greens were full and well maintained
Tight course
This was a very challenging course if not hit in the fairway.
Love the Bay Course!
The Bay Course was in great shape and a super value from GolfNow. The pace of play at almost 5 hours was a slight issue, but not the fault of the course or conditions but more a "While We're Young" problem.
Nice Course
Great course, especially for the amount we payed through GolfNow. The only thing is that the rate of play was extremely slow.
Interesting layout, challenging.
Course was in great shape and was a great value. I would definately come back.
Interesting layout, extremely challenging on a windy day
Didn't like the idea of not being able to bring all my clubs to the driving range as the only way of getting there was either walking or being shuttled. Then after the round, from where we dropped off the cart to the overflow parking lot was quite a walk. That's when I could have used the shuttle! Greens were in great shape, good fairways, friendly staff. Overall a satisfying experience.
Nice views. Nice greens. A little hairy.
Went here for my birthday round and was not dissapointed. Great views and really nice complex. We will most def be going back here soon to challenge ourselves on the bay.
