About
The Strathmore Golf Centre's Rannaleroch Course, designed by John Salvesen and opened in 1996, has already been described as a classic. The generous greens are great targets, but their undulations make for an unexpected challenge.
The four par 3s each present an individual challenge, ranging from 122 to 224 yards, while the fifth, a challenging par-5 hole, requires a 160-yard carry over water from the white tees. The-par-72 course measures 6,454 yards.
Strathmore has something for everyone, including the 18-hole Rannaleroch Course and the nine-hole Leitfie Links, a 10-bay covered golf range and a golf academy.

Hidden gem
Can’t believe I haven’t heard more of this course, brilliant day out
Great course in great condition. Very helpful and friendly staff.

A thoroughly great round on a superb course for the price. Food afterwards was also excellent.

We didn’t get to play as the course was closed, tried contacting GolfNow via email an telephone,
Email address rebounded and didn’t send,
Phone lines ring once then cut off Tried on numerous occasions,
Not a great service I’m out £60 and no way of getting it back,
Even messaged on Facebook no response either,
Won’t use or recommend GolfNow to anyone again

Great course, great staff.
Didnt get off to a great start due to the weather but as the weather cleared up, the course shone through too. Albeit wet and windy when we turned up, staff were warm and welcoming and made the choice to stay for food afterwards easy too. 100% recommend.
Excellent as usual
Played here before and as it’s the middle of October didn’t expect the course to be in great condition but was proved wrong. Great condition for the time of year and a pleasure to play here as always.
Keep up the good work.
Course & clubhouse
Course was in good condition beating in mind rain in previous days. Only downside was greens had just been cored and sanded as part of the winter maintenance so were a bit bumpy etc. Otherwise course was in good condition. Sunday carvery in the clubhouse was awesome - a great finish to a Sunday afternoon round !!
Wrong day
All greens covered in sand some of which were not even brushed making putting impossible.We were not offered a price reduction!

No tee box signs and mats on par 3’s

Lovely course
Very nice course, great condition, mint fairways, perfect tricky greens and fun holes . Great views. Nice driving range , chipping and practise putting greens. Well worth a visit. Will definitely play it again.
