I didn't get to play the course because I made a booking for Saturday 11th February however the there's has been an error and the tee time was made for the Friday. So when myself and friends turned up on Saturday there was no space for us.
I will be looking for a full refund or credited to my account
Great course no hills
Course again had full greens on and firm fairways which is fantastic for winter golf only thing I would say is the allocated tee times for golf now are too late with darkness coming in before 4pm only managed 15 holes due to light.
Another enjoyable day at Falkirk tryst finished with great food.
Course looking great for time of year. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed the course.
Falkirk Tryst ideal winter course
Falkirk Tryst ideal winter course, drains well and in good condition for the winter.
Still playable, despite horrible rain
We have a had a lot of rainfall recently and normally Falkirk Tryst can stand up tonight, but the greens were flooded, so winter greens it was, although there greens looked like water hazards, the course held up really well under foot.
Was it really November?
Our course had been closed for the weekend due to the hellish weather on Friday. Decided to have a look on Golf Now for deals. Seen The Tryst was available and glad we played it. The course was in great nick and have to say the greens were fast and in excellent condition. Would never have known it to be a November day. Wee bit slow play in front but really enjoyable day. Thanks.
Superb course condition all year round.
5* condition firm fairways and brilliant greens
Took my friends with me their first time and I’m glad that they were amazed with the course people and glorious food on offer.
Thanks too all the staff for making our day so good.
a dream of a course to play
After 40 years away from the game, I spent many hours on the driving range and eventually took the plunge to play my first game on a course.
I chose the Tryst because I knew it was a flat course which would be good for my ageing legs.
Apart from being flat and easy walking, the amazing wide fairways and course layout was a delight to play and as a token of my appreciation, I left two or three new golf balls!!! 😁
I will definitely be back.
Tryst by name and Tryst by nature
A lovely 😍 course, well kept and at the time of playing was quiet ,all except for the fact that by hole 8 we encountered the the School rush as the children make their way along the footpath that traverse part of the course. They were well mannered and gave way (those that weren't too deep in conversation. It added to the sense of being in a developed area but the calm of the country. I would recommend this course for low and high handicappers that want a parkland Course with a Links type feeling .
Great course
Second visit to this course. Parking was nearby and easy access to the course.
The course is nicely presented. The greens were fantastic. The fairways well cut and looked appealing
The pace of play was good with, no logjam at the tees.
The only fly in the ointment was in the pro shop. On arrival the gentleman was rather un engaging towards visitors. A man apparently of few words in my opinion He was not a great ambassador for the club or himself. However, that experience would not inhibit me returning to the course.
brilliant course very flat fairways well maintained and greens lighting fast will definitely be back
