East Kilbride Golf Club playing as a Par 71 is a tough test of golf a parkland course with lots of trees it can be a tough track when the wind blows, and it usually blows. The greens are quite large and are usually in excellent condition. The fairways are generous and plush. Toughest par 3 is number 10 playing at around 200 yds and depending on the wind can be anywhere from a Driver to a 8 iron. #10 green is guarded by bunkers on the left and right. Toughest par 4 #11 from the back tees #11 plays close to 400 yds it is a severe dog leg left with the fairway sloping at a 45 degree angle to the right there are two large trees that guards the dogleg on either side of the fairway. Toughest par 5 # 13 Playing close to 550 from the back tees #13 is uphill usually in to the wind there is a dogleg to the right at around 100 yards from the green this dogleg is protected by trees to the right and a bunker on either side the green is raised and so the pin position is tough to judge. East Kilbride is a good test of golf and I recommend it score out of 10 is 8.

Good Challenge, Nice, Tidy Facilities
EK golf club was a pleasant experience. Very accessible and plenty of parking spaces. Nice, modern clubhouse. I didn’t use the clubhouse facilities but looks clean and inviting. Well kept grounds and resin footpaths show significant investment in the club facilities.
Course was in excellent condition. I played in the afternoon so it wasn’t too busy and got round in decent time. Some challenging holes and a good test. Greens were in good nick too.

Great course. Very good condition. Super layout and right mix of challenges. Starter was super nice and let us off early. As good as it gets in the area and surrounding parts.

Lovely course
Very well set up course and you can tell its very well looked after. I was late for my original tee time and the lady in the pro shop was very helpful getting my tee time moved. I was behind three members who without doubt must have been the fastest three ball I have ever seen. I struggled to keep up with them racing round the course 3 hours for the 18 holes was fantastic. The greens were having some work done but the roll was still perfect and the fairways were in great shape. It felt quite long but I dont know if it was me trying to keep up with three ball or it was definitely long. I woukd highly recommend this course.
Course re route
I really love the feel of this place , i guess there was stuff being dine as course was on re-route and wasn t marked out very well , that was frustratung but im sure this is due to ongoing work to be season ready so wouldn,t put me off , actually would love to join here

This course is nice it is also challenging if you want a challenge the course was in good condition for the time of year the staff were also friendly

Really good course in excellent condition, had a good front nine but the back nine much harder. I paid twenty pounds with golfnow and possibly the best value i ever had. 👍
