Quirky but fun
Quirky layout with some short and interesting holes. The walk up and down the hills is hard work and some holes cross over meaning be careful of balls flying.
Course was in excellent condition with the greens especially a joy to putt on.
Would definitely recommend
Very friendly staff and members. Course in great condition and definitely not boring. Thoroughly recommend but bring an electric trolley. Lovely views.
Well maintained course
Great course with wonderful views. Some challenging holes . Friendly welcome from the Professional and all members of staff. Well worth a visit. Looking forward to returning for another round.

Enjoyed the visit to Carnwath
Enjoyed playing at Carnwath. Greens in pretty good condition and lots of undulation particularly on the section of the course over the road from the Clubhouse.
First time playing the course and got confused as to which green we were heading for and directions to next tee on a couple of occasions so perhaps better signage would help (having not bought a course guide).
Would definitely visit again in the future
Lovely course. Made to feel very welcome from pro shop and especially the members. A credit to the club.
First round
The condition was very good but if you are on the wrong side of 70 it is very hilly .
The staff in the clubhouse was extremely friendly

The greens weren't great but overall course in good condition
The three amgos
Due to weather playing off mats rather than tee boxes no mention when booking also all greens heavily sanded again no mention of this have played this course's many times over the years find it a good track and friendly place but I think due to the events just now unable to prepare it usually so good would still recommend this course.
