Great course

The tournament course is extremely challenging with multiple hazards on several holes. The course is in pristine condition. The greens were a little too fast and bumpy but overall it just added to the challenge. I'll definitely play this course again.

Don’t honor posted Golfnow Rates

I played the course today, and it was a fine course. Challenging and enjoyable. Greens were slow. But the experience was soured by the staff at the pro shop. I noted my tee time and was told a price higher than I had booked for on Golfnow. Trying to explain the issue to the staff member was like talking to a brick wall. I showed him the golfnow confirmation and he simply refused to honor the golfnow price that ai had agreed to without any explanation. Should not have moved my tee time back by an hour and a half thinking I was saving money. Does Golfnow offer partial refunds when this happens?

Outstanding day on the links

The GCH Tournament Course was in excellent condition today. We played in just 4:05. Greens were rolling true and most of the fairways were green and well groomed. Look forward to our return visit.

Windy conditions

Golfing in March is a blessing even if it isn’t during the prime season! Wonderful clubhouse staff and fast pace of play. Club up because wind is in you face everywhere. Makes for a challenging day!

Slow like turtle

There was a foursome group ahead of us, and they were extremely slow. There was no one on the green or fairway, but they just stood at the tee and chit chat. We call the proshop, but they don’t have Marshall on duty at that time. We ended to leave after hole 16 nearly 5 and half hours. UNBELIEVABLE!

Wind in your face!

The course wasn’t in the greatest condition but considering they just survived a snow fall and ice last week I was happy just getting out. Greens were fast and course was challenging because of the wind. I’m assuming the fairways were brown due to the time of year but I will play this course in future visits. I must say the staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast sandwich was delicious.
