Golf Club of Houston - Member Course

Excellent spring time condition. Tee boxes where 7, fairways 7 and greens are 8 (medium/fast). A month of consistent 75+ degrees, the course will be at least 9 across the board. PLEASE REMIND GOLFERS TO REPAIR BALL DIVOTS ON THE GREENS. I repaired a few.

Course is coming out of winter in good shape. People need to fix ball marks on the green and stop damaging the edges of the cups.

The tournament course is extremely challenging with multiple hazards on several holes. The course is in pristine condition. The greens were a little too fast and bumpy but overall it just added to the challenge. I'll definitely play this course again.

I played the course today, and it was a fine course. Challenging and enjoyable. Greens were slow. But the experience was soured by the staff at the pro shop. I noted my tee time and was told a price higher than I had booked for on Golfnow. Trying to explain the issue to the staff member was like talking to a brick wall. I showed him the golfnow confirmation and he simply refused to honor the golfnow price that ai had agreed to without any explanation. Should not have moved my tee time back by an hour and a half thinking I was saving money. Does Golfnow offer partial refunds when this happens?

The GCH Tournament Course was in excellent condition today. We played in just 4:05. Greens were rolling true and most of the fairways were green and well groomed. Look forward to our return visit.

Excellent maintenance. Greens were picture perfect.
