Harding at Griffith Park Golf Courses

The finish two holes are fantastic, the rest of the course is a pretty basic muni layout. But they do keep it interesting the entire round with some tree lined dog legs. The course conditions are what you’d expect for a muni, but for the price they are asking it’s above par.

The white, blue and black tees were all placed in the same place in the teeing ground all the way from the first hole though the end. It can happen at a few holes when teeing grounds should be protected for better course management but that was not the case. Further, white pins were placed in the front or in the back of the greens and red pins were placed in the middle or in the back of the greens several times BUT such wrong pin placements somehow didn't happen with blue pins. I could hear many people say these reflect negligence of course management or arrogance of the course manager due to the higher demand for tee-times caused by the pandemic. These mismanagements deprive golfers of the joy of golfing and a few strokes. All golfers do NOT have good eyesight. They SHOULD understand why all the golf courses have black, blue, white and red tees in lieu of just one tees and the color of a pin indicates the location of a hole. I confirmed that these misplacements of tees and pins happened to both Wilson and Harding courses.
