Decent
Teed off at 6am and finished in just under four hours. Caught the group ahead on the back nine. Had to dodge some running sprinklers on several holes. Tee boxes were shaggy but fairways were fair. My playing partner played out of a firm bunker. The issue were the inconsistent green speeds. In addition, you can still see some punching holes that date back to May.
Great course to grab it and rip it.
Very open course but watch out for the trees when they're there. Fun to play even with greens sanded. Long enough to keep it challenging but still get some birdies. Will definitely go back.
Great Course and Nice staff!
I had a great time playing on this course and was teed up with a nice couple.
Because of heavy traffic delays, I unfortunately arrived only 5 min before my T-time and they already gave my T-time away. The staff worked with me and I got a new T-time about 30-35min later, so I appreciate the effort from them :-)
I recommend this course to everyone else. It had a little narrower fairways than Wilson course, but I will be back for sure.
Solid course at a good price
Harding is a good solid golf course. It's not too challenging and at the same time not totally easy. With all the rain we have had the course and the surrounding Griffith mountains are lush green and beautiful. The driving range has top tracer and they have 4 big putting greens. The chipping greens arn't the best, but they will due for a couple of practice chips before your round. Food at the restaurant is real good.
$$
I knew there were aerated but I never seen this bad aeration ever. They left a lot of unplugged particles on the green.
Sands are to filler for punched holes I think but they just pour sands on the green. Luckily it’s only back nine on the Harding course.
Harding is in good conditions right now
Harding is always a fun course to play. Great views of the Griffith Park mountains and beautiful fairways right now. The pace was unusually slow because they aerating the greens on the Wilson course right now and no one wants to play it so they are playing Harding. Overall a real fun time and a pleasant place to play golf. Food at the clubhouse is real good too.
Harding Course Review
I would definitely play this course again! Great value for the price. Fun, some what challenging long, open, flat par 4’s and 5’s. This course will test your chipping game if the ball lands in their deep roughs. Overall a 9 out of 10.
