Excellent round of golf. Great conditions and the staff was very friendly and informative.

One of my favorite courses to play in the area. The course is always in excellent condition. It can be a little sloppy after a heavy rain and typically on those days it’s cart path only, but that’s to be expected in Costal GA. 10/10

Generally, a very positive experience. Layout of course is magnificent and one could tell that absent the most recent amount of rain the course received, the conditions are well above average in all areas (tee boxes, fairways, greens and sandtraps). Pace of play was slow (4 hours and 45 minutes), but evidently, GPS, which monitors golfer's course progress was not operating. According to the professional, average time for a round is 4 hours.

Great course! In excellent shape. Needed a marshal to help pace of play. 14 person bachelor party ahead of us that we probably could have played through. Rain cam in a downpour and ended it half way through the 18th hole. But I’d still definitely come back. Worth the drive from Jacksonville.

Fantastic course even after storm!! Easy access off interstate and beautiful area!! Only improvement needed is water stations around course.

The course was in great shape even with the hot summer weather. The layout is fun and pretty fair. I played the course from the tips and found you could miss some greens and still have a fair chance of getting up and down.

We played Sanctuary for the first time on 7/4/24. When we arrived there weren’t many cars there. It was an extremely hot day and they had received rain so the course was cart path only and the range was closed. My son and I enjoyed the layout very much. The greens are quite sloped and are on the slow side to where we normally play but were nice for a public course I would highly recommend it. My only concern was the weather and cart path only. It was absolutely necessary but I was dead-tired when done as we did a ton of walking. I found a hot-deal on GolfNow which was $89. I would highly recommend you give it try. The drive from Jacksonville was an hour and it is 5 mins off i95 so easy to get to.

Course conditions improved since before new ownership. Rivals many private clubs in the area. Greens rolled true and well maintained. Its a bit pricey but some discounts available with Golf Now.

Way too expensive for this course! Location is horrible. You’re 45min away from society in either direction. Seems the owner is only trying to lure in memberships. Don’t pay for this crap. There are PLENTY of other courses in SE Georgia and NE Florida to play at a cheaper price.

Was shocked to have to pay $220 guess they jacked the rates up because of the Georgia OGA Sr. Tournament.

Middle of fricking nowhere Georgia and they expect people to pay. Even at $100 I'd never go back. Course is decent but not worth the amount.

We have been coming down to southern GA to play golf for over 25 years. We've been playing Sanctuary for over 10 yrs. The current owners have made significant improvement to the course and surrounding grounds. Hats off to the superintendent this time as the course was truly manicured. Our only complaint is that the price of a round more than DOUBLED this year. We love the course... but overpriced for comparable courses in the area. Osprey Cove to name one.

This is a decent course maybe $60-$80 range. Now they are asking $220 for am tee times. What do they think this is Augusta or TPC Sawgrass? Negative, ghost rider the pattern is full. Go further south to play Osprey Cove and get the same playing conditions for what Sanctuary should be charging $60-$80.

This course is not worth the money. It’s full of snobs who think they live on a PGA course lol. Last year it was $80 to golf here. That was reasonable. Now it’s $210! Absolutely ridiculous. The owner does not like visitors or outsiders. Plenty of other places to golf that are closer to society.
