I do love all the ducks. I just feel bad bc this course attract a lot of beginners, and I have literally seen a player whack a ball straight at one of the ducks who I definitely don’t they made it to see another day Photo submitted by Chupapi7 on 03/20/2023

Under Construction
The course is narrow and the construction projects presented a run down look. We had a good time playing the course, and will try to play it again.
We enjoyed a fun round, on a much improved course.....
I've played this course twice in the last month, and I can't think of a negative thing to say about either round at Oso Creek.
Most recently though, we teed off right on time, as a foursome @ 3:10p and finished up a minute or two after 7p. There were a couple times we had to wait on the group ahead to move along, but even with that it was a <4 hour round, and overall the pace of play, especially for a Saturday twilite round was great.
The course itself is a fun course with a variety of holes, and even though it's a par 60/61, there's an opportunity to play every club in the bag. As far as the condition of the course, there are a couple spots they could improve on. However, I still gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the course conditions, simply because given the extremely reasonable green fee expense, I think it's in great shape. It's also a course that's easily walked.
All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. Again, I can't think of any complaints, even minor ones, about my two most recent rounds there, and I look forward to playing there again. I believe there's a new owner and/or new management at the course. If that's the case I truly hope that they continue with the policies that have led to a 180* turn around for Oso Creek. Until recently I had played this course once, 16-18 years ago, and it was an all around awful experience, which led me to never consider playing there again for almost two decades, and recommending to others to consider golfing elsewhere.
Whatever they've done to improve this course, they've succeeded. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone. I look forward to playing there again in a couple weeks.
Actually I do have one suggestion to improve the course, not a complaint, just a thought. There's not much in the way of yardage markers out there, specifically on the par 4s. There appear to be some old ones that haven't been maintained in a long time(100/150 yard concrete circles in the fairway) so maybe just throwI got some new paint on them is all that's needed. If nothing else it might help to improve on an already great pace of play.
Short executive course. I would not drive too far to play here. $36 to walk is a good value. Recently bought by the city from American Golf, there has been marked improvement to the clubhouse area, but not to the course that I have noticed. Tee boxes and fairways need some attention. No restrooms or water stations on the course.
Par man
Great condition
Luv the new attention
Much Improved, I'm looking Forward To Playing Here Again...
I hadn't played this course in years. My last time there, years ago, was probably the worst golfing experience I'd ever had. Slow, slow play. Awful conditions. Sub par staff. Etc.
However after reading that the course had a new owner and new management I decided to play here again recently. It was a much more pleasant experience. I played on a Sunday a little after noon. The cost was quite reasonable, especially for a weekend round in OC. I didn't encounter much of the staff, but those that I did run across were pleasant. The course was in ok shape, but for the price it was about what I expected. The course itself is a fun short course, and offered the chance to play every club in the bag. The best part though, was that we finished all 18 holes in less than 4 hours.
A month ago there's no way I would've recommended this course to anyone. However my most recent visit there changed my opinion. Hopefully it wasn't a fluke and the course continues to improve. I'm looking forward to playing there again in the near future.
Good value, perfect for a tune up
Par 62, nice Par 4 and Par 3 holes. Lots of driver and short iron holes, some long Par 3's. Great for a tune up round or after work.
Fun short course
Fun course that’s in overall pretty good condition. I’ve played here 5 times now and enjoy the practice. Greens are surprisingly well maintained for the price of a round (thank you divot fixers!).
always a good value
This is always a good course to walk and enjoy the par 3 and par 4 holes that allow you to use every club in your bag. The greeens are in Great shape. Chipping and pitching areas are in pretty good shape. Fairways are becoming a little ratty with spring weeds coming up and meager mix of winter and summer grass.
But course is very playable and a good price, and a nice course to walk if you want to get a little more exercise.
Excellent course to walk
This course is getting better with the new ownership hopefully they can get the fairways more grass the greens are great!
