I do love all the ducks. I just feel bad bc this course attract a lot of beginners, and I have literally seen a player whack a ball straight at one of the ducks who I definitely don’t they made it to see another day Photo submitted by Chupapi7 on 03/20/2023

Fun executive course. Good for beginners. Pace of play not too rushed. Greens were in excellent condition.
One big mistake
When I got my tee time from Golf Now I thought the cart was included in the price, but no I had to pay an additional $12 for the cart at the course. I could have played a lot less had I went through the course directly instead of getting this hot deal.
Executive course
Nice course to work on short game. Course still work in progress with some areas, but overall nice short course.
Beat Bang for your Buck
I’ve golfed at many courses in Orange County and I am proud to call oso creek my home golf course. Nowhere else can you get an 18 round of golf for an incredibly low price. Beautifully cut greens, well established and positioned holes, and a friendly staff that welcomes you as soon as you arrive, are just some of the reasons I love this course. I recommend this course for all levels of play.
Golf not hot buy
Love the price of this course. Wish they included the cart price in your tee time. Today is was cart path only. Wish they would give a discount when it’s cart path only.
Under Construction
The course is narrow and the construction projects presented a run down look. We had a good time playing the course, and will try to play it again.
We enjoyed a fun round, on a much improved course.....
I've played this course twice in the last month, and I can't think of a negative thing to say about either round at Oso Creek.
Most recently though, we teed off right on time, as a foursome @ 3:10p and finished up a minute or two after 7p. There were a couple times we had to wait on the group ahead to move along, but even with that it was a <4 hour round, and overall the pace of play, especially for a Saturday twilite round was great.
The course itself is a fun course with a variety of holes, and even though it's a par 60/61, there's an opportunity to play every club in the bag. As far as the condition of the course, there are a couple spots they could improve on. However, I still gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the course conditions, simply because given the extremely reasonable green fee expense, I think it's in great shape. It's also a course that's easily walked.
All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and courteous. Again, I can't think of any complaints, even minor ones, about my two most recent rounds there, and I look forward to playing there again. I believe there's a new owner and/or new management at the course. If that's the case I truly hope that they continue with the policies that have led to a 180* turn around for Oso Creek. Until recently I had played this course once, 16-18 years ago, and it was an all around awful experience, which led me to never consider playing there again for almost two decades, and recommending to others to consider golfing elsewhere.
Whatever they've done to improve this course, they've succeeded. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone. I look forward to playing there again in a couple weeks.
Actually I do have one suggestion to improve the course, not a complaint, just a thought. There's not much in the way of yardage markers out there, specifically on the par 4s. There appear to be some old ones that haven't been maintained in a long time(100/150 yard concrete circles in the fairway) so maybe just throwI got some new paint on them is all that's needed. If nothing else it might help to improve on an already great pace of play.
