No carts
For the second time we booked through GolfNow at a price that included cart and for the second time in a row they had no carts. After waiting 30 minutes for a carts, one of the carts battery was dying after 7 holes. Once again Modesto’s lack of concern for entertainment is shown.
Good value for the $$
The play was slow, a group of 6 was in front of us, the bathrooms were all locked, the cart was dying and we had to push it up hill before the 9th hole, but other than that is was a fun day on a laid back course.
No carts no pull carts.
I got there and they had no carts or pull carts. Who runs out of pull carts
Good Bang For The Buck!
Ok, Have to wait 30 minutes for a cart, then used 3 carts (batteries bad) to finish round! Most bunkers are hardpan, NO SAND!
Modesto has NO Pride in their courses!!!!
Creekside Golf
The cart situation is pathetic. I prepay on line which includes a cart. We are using carts, if we can get one, that will only last nine holes. We were told we would get new carts in the spring last year. Now they are saying September. What the heck is going on? No other courses in the entire Valley is so pathetic with golf carts. Are batteries that expensive? Come on Modesto!! Unbelievable!!
Slow play
We had tee time and golf cart with deal through GolfPass but course had no carts available and as we waited for carts creekside allowed people to walk up and play even though they didn’t have reservations. That made pace of play very slow.
No carts
The day off play they had no carts, which we already pay for through TeeOff. The $17 I paid to hold the tee time wasn’t credited to the cost of the round at the course so I ended up paying for my round at full price walking 18 holes
Good value for the money.
Course was in very good condition with the exception of the infamous bunkers.

Greens are running true! Rough is thicker from rain, fairways are getting there, BUNKERS are NOT the best! A lot of water still standing, mostly just MUD & Crusty!
Still a good track! Worth the play!!!

Course was in pretty good shape considering all the rains we've received! Bunkers are looking better also! Greens very good & ran true! Thumbs up to maintenance crew!!!

Bunkers were best I've seen in years! Showing some pride at last! High five's to the maintenance staff! Hopefully Modesto will authorize more $$ to the course, Shoe some PRIDE MODESTO!!!!
Firm ground
Even with multiple days of rain, your footing was firm on shots and the greens were medium speed not super slow.
Very average
Fairways were in rough condition and it seemed like very few players were concerned with fixing divots. Staff was friendly and professional
