Falls Village Golf Course

Had a good time . Came in as a single and got put with 3 others. The pace of play was pretty slow with a guy in front walking while the other 3 drove carts. Green are super slopy and super fast- almost to the point of frustrated, but also the course makes you think - get better dude! I’d play again for sure.

The course layout is excellent. Need work on traps, all under repair... with a little bit of money, this could be an awesome course. Will be back to play again as I love the course layout.

This course has great potential . The layout is interesting. Unfortunately, sand traps have been abysmal for years. We were told the renovations were at least currently in the active planning phase. The greens need some love. There is quite a bit of erosion along the cartpaths. I wonder if management is holding off on repairs while construction of an adjacent neighborhood occurs.

We will give it some time before we return.

All that being said, it is an inexpensive round if you are just itching to play.

The greens looked nice but were rock hard, it was like putting on pavement; the ball would not stop...there was no way to read a putt. Greens need to be aerated badly. Also, there was not one playable bunker, they all were either soaking wet, dry and cracked or had a bunch of grass/weeds growing in them (or some combination of the three). The course is supposedly under new management and will hopefully get some of these improvements. It has a decent layout and nice clubhouse.

Ok...traps are not maintained but the greens are in good shape. For 30 it's worth it. I like the cost for what you get. Son n I enjoyed the coarse.

We found the course to be in overall rough condition. Course does not appear to be well maintained. There is a lot of major construction going on around the course and this may be impacting the maintenance of the course.

Pace of play was horrible no rangers anywhere. Had to jump two groups on back 9 as my time was running out. Once I got by them there were 4.5 empty holes til I hit next group. Awful will NOT be back

Booked a round for $25.00 plus the $2.50 convenience fee. I paid the convenience fee before getting to the course, and when I arrived, the front desk attendant said the round was $30. I told him I booked on GolfNow and showed him my reservation for $25.00, and he said they use GolfNow for exposure but do not honor GolfNow rates. I’ve been using GolfNow for years and never had a course tell me this, and the attendant says this happens at the course all the time. This course shouldn’t be advertising with GolfNow if they don’t honor the rate listed on the app.

The course was in really bad shape. Clearly haven’t maintained the course in quite sometime. Not sure if it’s due to the development that’s going in but there’s just no reason to go there. Not to mention we were held up for awhile due to a guy playing with no shirt on. Yep that’s right no shirt. I mean if that doesn’t describe a place then not sure what would.

We enjoyed the layout. Several fun and challenging holes. The greens were pretty good, but the rest of the course conditions were below average. All the bunkers were closed. No maintenance on them for quite some time. Except for the large construction project through a lot of the back nine, it was a scenic course.

This course has interesting penalty areas, they are normally sand traps or bunkers if you like. However at Falls Village they are water traps or water bunkers maybe. It’s a real shame to let this great layout become a waste. Maybe all the new tearing down of the beautiful trees and scalping the landscape for real estate will bring money to the course for improvements I can only hope.

Great layout. Ok fairways (grass wise), tees were better and greens were really good. We’ll be back

Not a walking course, very poor bunkers (worst I’ve ever seen), much construction adjacent to course which was annoying. Not recommended.
