Great helpful staff. New greens are nice and obviously a little fast rn. Sand traps are an absolute disaster but it’s winter and the course has poor drainage.
Give the course some time - not ready for prime time
As others have noted, there is no sand in the bunkers. Apparently, there will be in the near future. The greens are in good shape and fairly quick given the time of year. There are a lot of bare spots around the course, but it is the end of December.
The layout is actually nice. It is tight at times, but not with houses. You do feel like you are out on a golf course and not in the middle of a neighborhood like some courses in the area.
I hope to check it back out when the course has time to develop more and they can improve the conditions.

Great winter round
Brought my father out for his first round at Falls Village. We’ve decided to make it our home course. The layout is fantastic. This course is really a challenge, but not to the point that it’s not fun for amateurs. Look forward to the next round.
Needs work
This course is a great layout it’s a shame that they can’t find sand for the sand traps, grass for the fairways and a greenskeeper to take care of the greens. It just needs so much work
Nice Place to Play
As long as you know going in that there is no sand in the sand traps and don’t have your expectations high, you will enjoy your round. The greens were in surprisingly good shape especially for this time of the year. Fairways were decent. Overall a good value.
