I’ve enjoyed this course the 4-5 times I’ve played here and have very little bad things I could say about it. It’s a great corse for intermediate players, and isn’t too expensive. My only issue would be if your ball doesn’t land in the fairway, well good luck finding it.

This one of the best values around Atlanta, the staff is excellent and the course is usually in very good condition. The greens were a little slow to today, but overall a great day golfing with friends.

Callahan is fun course with a bit of challenge . Need to hit quality shots to score well. Friendly staff and good value for dollar

Callahan provided another nice day of golf. Look forward to coming out again.

It was a rainy day and we still had a great time. Rained all night before our round and only 4 holes besides par 3’s were CPO. Fairways nice shape, greens had just been aerated!

Beautiful Day for golf but due to heave rains it was cart-path only. We survived and had a great time. The course was in excellent condition considering all the rain. We were lucky to have a seasoned member join our threesome to give great advice. We have added this course to our course rotation scedule.

Fun course. Most fairways are pretty wide and easy to hit, provided you account for the mounding and natural slopes. A couple of par 4s were very long, playing uphill significantly. One par 4 is a very poor design from the black and blue tee boxes, and looks absolutely reasonable from the white tee.

The greens were aerated, and this was not indicated on golfnow when I booked. Not a big deal, as the round was inexpensive.

As expected for the value. If you’re a scratch golfer, the greens and pace of play will probably annoy you, but they’re standard for my skill level. Great looking course with plenty of deceivingly tall grass making for a strategic experience. For $40 after tax and fees on a Sunday at 1pm, great experience.

It took almost 20 minutes to get our food. They don’t have the proper equipment and we’re not ready to serve food at the time we made the turn. It was around noon. The course was great they just need to be ready to sever food so play is not held up. They let to many people on the course and this with the poor food service and pace of play you get backed up in every hole.

The tee boxes, fairways and greens were in great shape as they were when I played a month ago. Bent grass greens in the Summer that are in this good of shape... there's something to be said about the Super that can pull that off!

Would play again but would play the blues next time. White tees make for some short holes or requires laying up on par 5.

Will note that the staff seemed generally unhelpful to us as first time playing the course. Curt replies to simple questions from the clubhouse cashier and the starter. Oh and the senior gentleman starter was making inappropriate comments to the cart girl who you could tell didn’t appreciate it. Would expect better.

5 1/2 hour rounds are unacceptable. Marshall did nothing even after calls was made to report how slow it was. Had a tee time scheduled for another day but canceled it due to how long it takes to play there now. Without Marshall's moving golfers along plan on it being over 5 hours.

Enjoyed playing here in the scenic foothills of the mountains. Nice course layout, challenging, yet forgiving for the novice golfer. The greens looked good, but we’re really slow! Felt like I needed to do a full swing to get the ball across the green! Overall, I would recommend, and will return.
