About
Callahan Golf Links in Waleska possesses a rich history of more than 150 years of farming and family ownership. Before being converted into a golf course, the site functioned as a farm from the Civil War until World War II. When creating the course, the natural beauty of the landscape was carefully preserved. As its name would suggest, the layout is a true links design with carefully placed pot bunkers and thick cuts of rough. Water is barely present but there are plenty of other challenges throughout that will quickly make you forget that fact. It is gentle enough for beginners but the back tees will challenge more experienced players. Golfers can also work on their short game on the chipping and putting greens or warm up on the driving range. The affordable rates make Callahan Golf Links an excellent value.

A few black tee boxes had next to know grass, the rest of the course was on good condition. First time playing there and I like the layout. I wool be returning to play again.

Course in good shape. Love the greens will be beautiful when everything is in full bloom

Excellent course, fun to play. Lots of hard holes, be prepared. It took us all of 4 hrs but it was a Sunday.
Fun, friendly open course
Seems like a small mom and pop course. Staff ate friendly. The course is wide open and totally playable. Had a nice relaxed round.
Rainy
Only few people playing,rainy didn't know how to get a refund to play another day so showed up to play
Cow pasture course and rude staff
The title says it all. This must be a “good ol boy” course. Not impressed with anything other than it was a beautiful day.
Worst course I’ve played in a long time
Can you say dirt tee boxes and cow pastures fairways? Whoever is the superintendent needs to be fired. Play at your own risk ⚠️
Poor course management
Put 3 walkers in front of us on the back. Slowed down our round having to wait on every shot. Didn’t make any sense especially considering their was no one behind us for a few holes.
Course is in terrible condition- no grass on tees

Always enjoy playing here. Good pace grass starting to green. Just a good no hassle course.
As always a great time
As always the course was in great shape for as much rain as we've had .And as always the staff makes you feel like your part of the family.
