Too expensive, and too hard for the average player. Course was very dry, poor upkeep outside of fairway. Will not play again.

Despite the drought like conditions in Sarasota, the course was in great shape. Went off at 7:14 and played in a little over 4 hours. Friendly staff. Greens were rolling fast. Spend some time on the practice green and enjoy the round. Some really nice holes. Challenging, but fair.

I’m on vacation from Scotland and 1st time at the course, found the whole experience good.

Hopefully I can return in the future.

Picked this course because it was close to my rental house and the last reviews were positive. Friendly staf, enough practice possibilities and gps buggy. Played with 3 older guys who knew the course so that was helpful. Nice layout, spacious although you play in a community. Nice layout, need some good course management. Greens very good, fairways as well. Nice to play.

Given the drought occurring in this area, the course is in excellent condition. Lightning fast greens, lush fairways and challenging design. However, the pace of play was horrendous. Nearly 3 hours on the front. Couldn’t take it, so we left after 9. Unfortunate because IMG is a gem.

Playing IMG in the summer is a real treat. The fairways were nicely kept and the greens rolled near perfect. They were consistent,, rolled true, and were ten to eleven on the stimp.meter yet they held approach shots nicely. The bunkers were very consistent and well maintained.. The tee boxes were fairly nice too. The only criticism I had to course conditions is that a few of the pitching and chipping areas around the side and back of some greens had patches of hard pan with little grass to pitch or chp from. The pace of play was good at 3 3/4 h. The course has water and ice at convenient locations as well as a cart person selling refreshments. All in all the layout is very good requiring both right to left and left to right ball flights. I highly recommend playing IMG during the summer because the price is excellen.

Got there around 645 for a 720 tee time and the place is already jumping! Guy are hitting the range and hour before there tee time! Just goes to show what a nice course will do to a golfer! Absolutely would play again!

Course is in excellent condition. Pace of play was relaxing. Jim, the starter, was friendly and helpful. Love this course.

Students playing had some bad mouths on them but I guess that’s just teens excited about being away from parents and aloud to use the the F word as much as possible. Not after a bad hit just enjoying Americas freedom of speech.

Hopefully the school will teach them new words as their education continues.

Always a great place to play and have played with one of their students last year who was a true first class guy. I guess you are who your friends are.

For the time of year, and the lack of rain the course was in very good condition. Fairways were green and sanded where needed. Greens were true and quick. Great value for the money.
