Fantastic Course
Absolutely fantastic course and layout. Without question you must be long off of the tee and you must be very accurate and hit your spots or it will without question be extra challenging to get up and down. Lost a lot of strokes going out but finally settled down after making the turn and played a nice back nine coming back in. It is such a blessing to have such an incredible course in my backyard to help hone in my game of a relatively new person to the sport with only a couple of year’s experience under my belt. The staff and amenities are excellent and I have really enjoyed playing here. Highly recommended this course!
Great Course but...
What an amazing course. Very challenging and fun. Its a popular course so securing a favorable tee time is difficult.
Separate from that, the only other dislike was range closed my last two visits.

Greens unplayable
I arrived and found out the greens had just been aerated and sanded. There is no way you could putt on those greens with all the sand; it ruined the entire experience. It would be nice if this information was available at the time it was booked, but there was no notice whatsoever. It really felt like a waste of a day.

Nice Layout but terrible experience
Looked forward to a round here based on the reviews by others. Got to the course and the starter was the first to notify of the green aeration and sanding. All the greens were not puttable. Terrible that the course or GolfNow did not send any notifications of the aeration and sanding. Some of the greens had 2inches of sand !! It was like putting on a beach.

No communication
Showed up today for a 1pm tee time and was informed that due to a frost delay they could t get us off until 3pm. No call / email to let us know - what a waste of a 50 min drive….
Frost delays happen, I get it, but you need to let people know.

Still a beast
Not really a course to play when wet and cart path only she’ll eat your lunch for sure. Great food in the restaurant still a great day

Cart path Only
Course was a mud hole and cart path only makes for extremely slow pace of play. Not sure when it will dry out, but I would give it a while. I do normally like playing here.

Fantastic
A guy named Ed was working in the pro shop when I checked in; every golf course in the world should have “an Ed.” He was so friendly and engaging. I had a late afternoon tee time, 2:00, so I knew I would probably only get in 9 holes. I was very impressed with the course conditions, especially the greens. Due to rain the day before the course was “cart paths only,” which turns out is a challenge on this course. Most of the holes lie in valleys, below the cart path, so on “CPO days” expect to do some aggressive slope walking. I definitely could’ve scored better had I been alongside a member or someone who plays here regularly. Several sharp drop-offs on the backs of greens. This is a fantastic golf course. If you’re using GPS to get there, make sure to type the street address, my Apple Maps took me into the middle of nowhere.

Beautiful holes in the Fall
Great course. Very friendly staff from bag drop to ranger. Course is challenging, but some holes can be birdied or Par.
