Great course but I was sorry it was cart path only as this is one hilly course!

Great golf course super challenging and HARD! 2 challenging 9s completely different from each other. Front 9 I would say more traditional layout and holes. Back 9 extreme elevation on every hole much like a mountain course. I strongly recommend players play a tee box forward, If you think your going to bring your A game from your home course and shoot a good score your sadly mistaken!!!

By far, my favorite Course in Georgia for so many reasons.

You have plenty of various Tees to play from, based on your Handicap, which is a great option to have on a Golf Course. The layout is incredible, as well as the Course conditions year round.

The Staff, Food, Course & comradery is second to none. It is a phenomenal course to play at any level & it is always my #1 Course option to play, when the opportunity presents itself.

I can't say enough positive comments, regarding Echelon GC, based on everything that I mentioned above. It is a :Must Play" Course at anytime of the year. Thanks Echelon GC for providing a fantastic Facility, which I look forward to playing many more times in the future.

I love playing Echelon! It has a great layout, friendly staff, and the course is always in excellent condition. I like to take my 13-year-old son up there to play because he loves the views from the tee boxes. There are several tee boxes that are elevated about 150 feet above the fairway, and there is a 450-yard par 5 that is straight uphill, which is pretty cool! Worth the drive from Atlanta.

Let me start off by saying we had gotten quite a bit of rain over the 2-3 days leading up to the round. That said, I had fun. There was standing water in areas of the fairways which was no surprise. The course was in great shape considering the weather and time of year. The staff was attentive and helpful. Pricing at the restaurant/bar was in line with any other course.

Played here for the first time not too long ago. The course conditions were amazing as was the weather, but for the price you'd expect it to be so.

The course layout was great and there are lots of difficult, hilly holes. The greens have lots of undulations making it quite a difficult course.

I will definitely be back to challenge the course again after I practice more :-)

This is the best overall course in the area open to the public. Long but fair. Greens roll great. Tee boxes were excellent. Fairways were in great shape for this time of year. Little pricey but worth it. Can’t wait to drive the hour to play again soon.

A beast. But...if you can put aside your ego and play the tees that you really should be playing, this course is extremely enjoyable. Yes, its hard. Yes, its hilly. Yes, there are plenty of places that you can lose balls. Yes, its long. Yes, you really will enjoy this place. Plus the people that work there are extremely nice and helpful...from the moment you get out of your car to the moment you drive away, the people there are make an unbelievable impression!

This is one of my favorite courses that I have played in Georgia. The mountain views and the beautiful layout make this a must try for any golfer! I really enjoyed the challenging layout and the excellent condition of the greens and fairways throughout the entire course. Will definitely return soon!!
