Echelon
This course is challenging but in the kind of way that makes you want to come back! The Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were immaculate and you get some amazing views on the back nine. I’ll be back very soon. Worth every penny!

Fantastic greens
First time playing this course. The layout was very fun and challenging. Great design using the hilly terrain. The greens were absolutely perfect! Friendly staff and nice practice range. We will be back.

Great course
Great experience except for the fact the course had no water anywhere set up for golfers

As we begin the season, we are working to develop the best way to provide our guest with refreshments. We do allow outside drinks. We do not allow outside alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own bottled water, Gatorade, or another refreshment as long as it is alcohol-free. We are glad to see you rated everything else to be great during your game. Best Greens in the ATL!
Greens were immaculate. The folks here know how to maintain a course. Fairways are in great shape give that its early spring.. This will become a regular course for the family.

Designed For Failure
This golf course in my opinion is basically designed for failure for the average golfer. WAY too many fairway bunkers, on many holes the bunkers are built where, if you miss the fairway, you are in the sand. Way too many greens where there is virtually no place to miss. A couple of yards to one side, you are in bunkers. On the other side and back you are down in a swell and have a very challenging chip to a green that is several feet higher then where your ball is. Then you factor in the extreme elevation changes on many holes. Plus extremely fast greens. I will NOT come back out and play this course.

Tough layout, shop staff off putting
The course is great. Tough layout and challenging all around. The par 5s are the toughest holes on the course.
The staff in the pro shop are consistently arrogant and completely off putting. I’ve played here before and it’s consistent with this feeling. Once you get past their nasty looks and crappy attitudes the course is a joy.

beautiful surroundings and magnificent homes
The course was in great shape, the greens were rolling true and were quick. Too many hills and had to work the ball too much made for a long day.

Hackers stay away
This is a really challenging golf course and will use every club in your bag. Number 11 is one of the coolest par fives you will ever see and number 13 is one of the prettiest holes you’ll ever see. Private club quality at $60 range is not too shabby.

Avoid Members tournaments
Course is coming back nicely after a long winter. Greens are still filling in so be patient.
That being said, we teed off at 2:20 and finished at 7:40. Incredible how long the members tournament takes. 20 minutes a hole at times. A simple notification when booking is all that’s needed. I’ll give it another try soon but if it’s long I may need to find a new favorite course. No marshal on course at all. Cheers.

Great, difficult track
Echelon is a wonderfully difficult course with tees for all skill levels. I played the back tees (Gold) and was consistently challenged by long carries to fairways, lurking hazards, and large mounds surrounding the greens. The greens were just a couple weeks away from fully recovering from being punched so they were good, trending toward great by mid-April. Loved the course and will certainly be back!
