Tee box and sod
Greens held well and were great speed. Some of the fairways looked like they were recovering from s o d and was not the same height. Some tee boxes had no grass or very little. But I enjoyed myself.
Great condition
Course was in great condition. Pace of play was less than 4 hours.
Much of course under water and very muddy
We were told prior to start of round that cart paths only rule was in force. We were not advised how wet the course was. We definitely would not have played had we known the true state of play and for this reason will not return
Not good
New management took over but condition of the golf course is just as bad! The fairways are are horrible. With the rain we’ve had, the fairways should be green! Lots of bare spots! Bunkers do not have much sand! The greens are ok! Tee boxes are rough! Very disappointing new management has not improved the courses.
Manatee course
This is my local course so i know the layout and the good people running the every day operations

ROUGH!!
Cart guy was rude. Course was rough everywhere. This is even considering that it is a municipal course and expectations were not very high.
I also left my laser gps by accident and of course, no one turned it in.
Not good
No grass at all on tee boxes. Barely any on the fairways. I understand that there has been a lot of rain, but most of the courses in the area have improved. Really bad. And the cart person was just plain grumpy and rude.
Worst course in the area
Will never play here again.
Aside from the horrible course conditions, they charged $25 for my gf to ride in the cart with me and not even play. It was $30 for the round. Makes zero sense.
In addition, they allowed multiple groups to go out not at their assigned tee time and caused major delays on the course.
Awful experience. Plenty of other courses at the same price or a few $ cheaper that are in better shape and don’t charge essentially the same amount for a person to just ride along.

Great local course. It’s been a wet summer so I understand it’s hard keeping up with mowing

Great course, unfortunately it rained night before and early that morning. Cart path only.
It's our Monsoon season and we suffer the consequences. Oh well
