First time playing the course.
Despite some dirt patches the fairways are in good shape, as are the greens. Some of the sand traps are packed. Softer sand would help.
It is not the prettiest course in the area, but it’s a good value due to the relative reasonable green fee .There is a good
short game pitching and chipping green right near the range

I have been playing Manatee for many years and this is the best condition I have seen. My only regret is that the cost has gone up considerably in the last 2 years.
