Manatee Golf Course

Friendly staff and loved the pace of play but the fairways need water badly (dry season here) and the greens need another week to recover from being punched.

Overall, very good value.

The greens was just aerated but the green fee was good. Overall my wife and i had a better than good round, enjoyed it. Plan to play there again as long as their rate do no go up unreasonably high.

I played this course for the first time since last season and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the greens and surrounding fringes and chipping areas are vastly improved.

We arrived at the course early . Although there was no one teeing off on the course, the staff member required that we wait until a half hour before our tee time . We understood that this was indicated on Golf now‘s site, however, since there was absolutely no one currently teeing off, it was clearly a power-play. Since we play often at this course, it was very frustrating.

Playable turf is sparse in the fairways and nonexistent on the tee boxes. The greens appear to have good growth but they do not roll. Probably a stimp of 7 or less.

I like playing this course. It has a great layout and

it’s in pretty good shape compared to other courses. Tee boxes and the greens are pretty good shape. Staff has always been very nice and helpful.
