Not a bad course

Fairways and tees need attention

Course is in surprisingly good condition considering the drought impacting the area. Staff is outstanding and helpful. Course is as challenging as you make it with lots of opportunities to challenge all levels of player.

Tees were built up with surface sand. Fairways and greens we’re good. Halfway house was fun and friendly.

Overall not a bad course. As the season ramps up it gets a little rough because of heavy use. Hopefully they will keep their rates reasonable.

This was a nice casual round on a reasonably priced decent course. There are many bare spots but if you move your ball you can find adequate lies. Greens are good.

Best shape I’ve seen the course in years. Greens were great. Not overly fast, but smooth and true.

Lady at front desk was super nice and friendly. The guys working carts and as starter were as others have noted, kind of grumpy. Fortunately the day was beautiful and I played well!

Right now a good time to play no northerners yet when they arrive bring lunch and hope you get in at least 9 of 18 holes.

I like this course because the course is more open than other courses and the greens are good.

Manatee offers a nice and challenging layout. It is in good condition given the lack of rain. This is the time of year to play here as it is not crowded and the price is a good deal.

Played with my wife in 3 1/2 hrs. Course is in nice, not spectacular condition. Really enjoyed the lack of crowds in the off-season. Greens in great shape, fairways and tee boxes nice except for 12 th tee box needs work. Can’t beat it for the price.

Still finished under 4 hrs. The last time the course was in rougher shape, this time with the rain we’ve had in between visits the course was in good shape. Pace was tough with an audience at every tee box but still played under 4 hrs which is a win for me

My wife and I played this course for the 2nd time. It takes some getting used to because several hazards cross the fairways. It was a beautiful day and I know our scores will improve with repeated play.
