Haven’t played here in about 3 years because the course always had conditioning issues

Was pleasantly surprised on Friday

Greens rolled great; in and around the greens the conditions were IMO very good

Most of the fairways were good as well but there were a few that had big bare spots,

I was told that it’s under new mgt, which shows on the greens

Will return

Professionally managed course, greens always maintained, ice water coolers at various locations on course and in clubhouse. The coolers are always kept full and cold, unlike Buffalo Creek where it’s empty and full of wasps.

They also have nice driving range , chipping green, and putting green for practice. The staff is always friendly. I’m here quite often for these reasons.

I only wish they would have a Veterans discount or like a Vets play for free like a couple courses in California do.

Greens were punched about 6 weeks ago and they are still, ( well auto 2 putt) rough. Fairway were a little spotty and the traps and bunkers were Hard !

A good day to try some different swings and practice shots.

We were on the 14th at 3- hours. Course Marshall told us we had to speed up. Local two some was not happy following our foursome. Complained to Marshall. We finished in 3 hours and 40 minutes for 18 holes.

We told Marshall we were well on the clock. He said “I’m not on the clock”. Speed it up!

Outrageous.

Never play here again.

"Pace of play" was my only issue. The group ahead of me began their round with the group ahead of them walking onto the green. By the 9th hole, there was an empty par 4 between them. This group stopped at every water hazard to retrieve balls, even when they all landed on the fairway. I'm not sure if a Marshall was on duty, but there should be.

Pace of play is horrible here and there is no starrer or ranger to police poor golf etiquette. It took us over 2.5 hours to play nine holes. I would like to blame the fivesome in front of us, but the four groups ahead of them were even worse.
