About
Bartram Trail Golf Club in Evans is situated just minutes from Augusta National. Despite the fame of its neighbor, Bartram Trail stands out for being Columbia County's only public golf course. It has a location next to Patriot's Park that provides forests of mature hardwoods and pine trees that were fully utilized in the design. The scenic and well preserved landscape of the golf course includes rolling hills, natural wetlands, and the meandering Euchee Creek. The dedication to preserving the beauty of the terrain earned the course certification as an Audubon International Wildlife Sanctuary. Although the hills, trees, and wetlands present some formidable challenges, Bartram Trail Golf Club was designed with playability in mind as well. There are some tricky holes but it's not overly punishing for the high handicapper.

EXCEPT RANGE BALLS
The worst range balls I have ever ever seen anywhere. Embarrassing. $12 for a small of dime each flea market golf balls with no dimples cracks paint. A course as nice as this should be embarrassed. We were guests. But if I was a member I can not imagine how embarrassed you should be of this mismatched hodgepodge collection of range balls worse any hit away golf balls I have ever had the bad luck of encountering much less PAYING $12 FOR
A handful of my balls were not even in good enough shape to hit away. I can’t imagine picking those balls up and then charging someone again for. Course is great. Greens are absolutely perfect. Staff great. Bar and grille excellent.
Another great round at Bartram
The course has always been in great shape and again it did not disappoint. The layout is a lot of fun to play, especially the back 9 with 3 par 5's and 3 par 3's. Only set back this time was a major backup on hole #8 (par 3 over water). I assume a lot of mulligans were taken.
Despite the hurricane, this course is still first class
A few trees down, but the greens are in great shape. It’s still the Pearl in the CSRA.
