Great course, challenging but not overwhelming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Condition of the course was great

Planned a visit to the area and picked some of the are courses to try; ended choosing and playing here. Wonderful experience! Friendly staff!

busy Saturday. got there 30 mins early. starter not aware that others at my tee time had cancelled which made me a single. asked if I would catch the 3 some on hole 1. sure np. I politely asked if I could join them and they said NO. course is a very tight layout and backed up so after every hole I am at the next tee box with the 3 some that said NO and 4 somes behind me wondering why a single is out there. totally killed my concentration. i quit after 6 holes of awkwardness.

Multiple times we had residents in their carts drive right in our shot area. They were not playing they were just using the course as there highway. Course was very wet lost balls that were on the fairway most likely to the ball sinking in the mud. It was nice to see most tee boxes were being used. We always have a good time so no worries.

The course was too wet to play because of heavy rain the night before.

Temporary tees sometimes very short to the greens.

Hope to play the course again when it’s dry and with regular tees.

Tee boxes were under construction. Would not have played there if I had known

Tee Boxes on all courses are under repair... they moved up a temporary tee box to the very front cutting the distance dramatically. Upset there was no notice upfront.

Despite the heat, the course was in good shape. The only negative was the lack of water at the rest room/ water station. The water cooler was empty.

Every Tee box was brown grass. Course conditions were average. They do not have a cooler on any golf cart. They claimed people steal them so the drinks you buy come in a double plastic bag with ice.

Very few ball wash stations and no restroom on the 9th or anywhere but the club house.

Grass on the fringe of fairways are full of water.

Been playing here since 2016 and always hear "we are making improvements" but I don't see results.

It was a great years ago with 3 choices of 3 different 9 hole courses and in better condition.

It was a lot of money out of season to play. We got hung up with a group of 6 at the 15th hole and decided to call it a day after baking in the sun for 20 minutes for this group to finish the 15th hole. From 16-18 there was nobody playing in front of these guys.

It was muddy and if you landed just off the fairway there was 1 ft of water.

Not having coolers for the price is no excuse.

Pro shop guys are nice and helpful. The restaurant is decent.

It been years of hearing them say "we are making improvements" which I don't see. No water coolers available to drink and a few ball wash stations.

Not worth the off season prices when so many other courses have amenities and take care of the courses better.

We expected more after hearing for years of all these improvements which looks worse not better.

Course was in good shape with the tee boxes starting to come back with the recent rain.

Not one tee box had any grass. Lots os water to contend with

Wow! Thank you Cape Royal for an amazing time. Staff was exceptional from the moment we stepped out of the car. Mack grabbed our bags and set us up with everything we needed to know. Walked into the clubhouse and was treated great. They had just burnt the tee boxes a few days prior but not terrible at all. All the sand in the bunkers was just replaced and fresh. Amazing layout and every hole but 1 or 2 had water to play against. The rangers/starters Barb and Stormy were AMAZING! And after our round Steve, one of the managers, came out and spoke to us and was very kind and generous. We ended up cancelling our next tee time 2 days later so that we could come back again and it was just as great of a time. From the group from Cincinnati, we will definitely be back!

Very nice layout with three 9 hole courses. The course was in as good of condition it could be with the lack of rain. Greens were in good shape and fast. Will definitely play again.
