First time
Only played 9 .Staff very friendly and efficient, played slow
But it is prime season so we did expect that. Greens seemed fast course in good shape
Layout of course nice
Always a friendly atmosphere
Our group was a little late. And as busy as they were, they were still friendly and accommodating, and understanding. I have played here a handful of times and the staff is always top notch. Course is priced well against the competition. Would recommend checking it out.
Price
The price you gave us was not the price we had to pay . The club charged us more than you quoted.
Very nice course, friendly staff.
Played the Prince and Queen. Tee boxes a little spotty. Fairways were pretty decent some rough spots but overall good. Greens were soft and rolled true, not overly fast. We were second group off behind 3 ladies and never saw them after first hole, group behind us caught us on 16. So pace was great. Enjoyed my round, nice mix of yardage. Lots of water mostly on the left of fairway. A couple holes you can't use driver, yardage book would be handy. Truly an enjoyable round, will be back.
Average at best
The layout is beautiful. Staff was helpful getting us to the correct hole, course to tee off.
Plenty of challenge. All 18 greens were not very good...AT ALL! Very "sandy" and the ball bounced at every putt. I'm glad this was discounted thru a website. Even at that, 35.00 dollars was a stretch for the condition at hand.
Good value, excellent staff
First time playing this course. Played the Prince (9 holes only). Course conditions were good but staff was excellent. Starter (from Brockton, Mass) was outstanding. Friendly, helpful. On course marshal was also friendly and encouraging. Both attitudes enhanced the experience. Only improvement is to add Drop Zone indicator signs on tee box at both par 3’s over water. Not knowing there were drop zones slowed play down. Would definitely play this course again.
Bring extra balls
The course was one of the most fun I’ve ever played - the layout is great, mostly going through a large neighborhood, with a good mix of hole lengths. Be prepared for a massive number of water hazards on nearly every hole. Many of the par 3’s we played were a tee box, a green, and water all around: bring extra balls. Super fun, 10/10.

I have to say fairways and greens are in good shape. Sand in traps is heavy.

Cape Royal Rocks
Good course, with a lot of water and sand hazards. Play was good, right at 4 hours for 18 holes. Teamed up with a couple of nice ladies from South Carolina and were a lot of fun.
Tee boxes, fairways in good shape, greens we slick and in pretty good shape, just a little brown. Also had some weeds in a lot of the greens.
Would definitely play this course again....good value for winter prices.
