Cape Royal Golf Club - King/Prince

Charged mire at course than what was agreed and contracted on GolfNow. I was told it was a discounted rate because hole one was closed and under construction. This was not listed on the reservation.

Many holes torn up as irrigation is being installed. That would be less of an issue if I was informed at time of reservation.

Not the first tome at this course with unclear info on course conditions. Had two other nines I could have been sent out on.

Course is not ethical in their business practices and tends to overcharge from GolfNow rates this has happened three out of four times.

First time playing here with my son. Loved everything about our round. What made it very enjoyable was being paired with 2 members. They were extremely friendly and played at a very nice pace.

As busy as they were everything moved along smoothly. Little or no delays,, had rain day before not a lot of effect to course or play. Good variety of holes and some real challenges.

Nice golf course in the process of becoming better.

The course was in good shape,We really enjoyed it.

Enjoyable course. 3 9s. Played Prince and King. Greens were running at 10 at least. Pace was good. Fun course.

Overall the course is in good shape. Some of the greens are a little rough but still roll very quick. Unless you’ve played it before you will probably find water that you didn’t know about, other than that what you see is what you get.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Course is challenging. Some sand traps are under construction. Overall conditions are comparable to other courses in the area. We will definitely play there again.

Tough course and lots of water. Greens are hard and fast. Fairways are cut to low. Overall good course, I would play it again.

Course is weeds. Fairway and rough are the same “grass,” the greens too. Needs a total redo.

Golfed with a nice member. Staff was nice too, just not premium or what you may hope for.

Played Queen/King and enjoyed so much I decided to play Prince! Even with the improvement construction on Prince it was still very playable . I’m a member at a different course in Fort Myers but when I want to change it up this will be my new go to! Will definitely play again!

Royal Tee is in good shape and the pace was pretty good we finished 18 in less than 4 hours. plenty of challenges.

The course was still very wet after a rain 3 days ago. The tee boxes, rough, and fairways have bare spots and weeds. It is not in as good a shape as several other courses you could choose. Play it if you get a great deal, otherwise skip it.
