Nice outing
Beautiful day, staff was friendly and pretty nice layout
Grass was in tough shape but greens still played true
Longer drive for the round would probably play closer to home next time staff was super and that was a put mulligans was nice with a good selection of treats

Disappointed
Very pricey for a course with burnt-out fairways and greens.

Not sure what happened but the greens are in bad shape. All brown. Disappointing because last time I played there the course was making nice improvements regarding overall course conditions. Would not recommend until greens issue gets corrected.

Have enjoyed this course in the past. Like the layout. Some of the greens were frost damaged,brown, and very lumpy.. Fairways also in tough shape.

Losing a bit of quality
Regarding to all other round played in November and December the quality goes down a little bit.
Fairways are dry and greens are brown (but ruled truly).
Pace of play was good.

Stay away, many other courses in the area a much better value for your $. All but Holes 9 & 18 were more brown than green. Many brown spots in fairways were very thin or no grass at all. They charge between $110 and $130 for prime time which is absolutely ridiculous for the prices they charge for the atrocious condition. I will never be back again.

In rough shape right now
Most greens are dead, hard to putt. Played last year twice, it is over priced condition this year.

Decent course, nice value
Got a pretty decent price to play this course in Punta Gorda. Course layout is pretty good. Definitely some interesting holes. There are some houses on the boundary of the course but they aren’t really close to being in play anywhere. That’s always a big deal for me when playing golf in Florida. Fairways were super tight. Let’s talk about the greens though. According to one of the starters they had a pretty hard freeze about a week ago. It looks like they may have mowed the greens when they still had frost on them and may have killed some of them. Oddly enough, most of the greens still roll pretty good though. Just inconsistent.
