Improvements
Played last time 2 years ago and feels much better now. There have been a lot of improvements on the course and around the course (Mulligan‘s) and we liked it!

Nice course
Very nice staff. Red (forward) tees very fair for shorter hitters. Fairways are not tight. Some weeds on fairways but greens in very good shape.

Work in Progress
Course is undergoing some work so fairways and bunkers in some spots were rough with sod patches making the conditions irregular. Course is interesting from a layout but is tight in spots. Wasn’t difficult but required accuracy off the tee. Bunkers needed more uniform sand.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Golf carts were a little dated and the brakes on mine went to the floor.

10/10 Overall experience and here’s why.
Let’s start off with the crystal clean white range balls, what a delight to have a couple brand new feeling golf balls to hit before a round.
Pro shop has a lovely lady with affordable green fees, plenty of gear and good condition Cobra rental clubs. You’ll pay $50 for them but the other course I rented from on the trip were dented and mismatched. Yikes.
All the staff is EXTREMELY friendly- and I’m a skinny 24 year old who can’t grow a full beard yet- people usually think I’m 18 and treat me as such. Gives me bad mojo for the 1st tee. Gentleman helping me with my rentals almost held us up because he was talking our ears off! Lol. Starter loves his job, what a delight to have some passionate people being the frontmen as opposed to being grumpy they’re even up that early.
Pace of play was amazing on a day where the pro shop said they were “slammed”. Nobody pushing our 4some and didn’t come up on anybody else.
Greens read dead pure, sank plenty of great putts on a new course which is always fun. Soft and plentiful bunkers, good tee boxes, lots of good views, and plenty of trees.
Bar within 15 ft of the 10th tee so fantastic to grab some more beers and bathroom break without a hiccup.
I’ll definitely be back, and will be bringing more with me. This is what Florida golf should be like.

Back and forth
Layout was very simple. Need driver only a couple times. More important to center your tee shot vs long tee shot. Friendly staff. Will play again

Many improvements
After re-opening for visitors to the US it was our first game after 2 years.at PP. The course was in excellent conditions and a lot of improvements have been made of the last 2 years. Still one of our favourites in the area

Palmetto-Pines continues to Improve!
As a “Snow Bird”, I only play PPCC in the fall
& winter, but have done so fairly regularly the last 7 years. The course had gone through a 2-3 year improvement - time & money out into the fairways, rough, cart paths make what is a wonderful layout a better and better trac!
Staff has always been friendly and helpful!!!

not going back
Course was wet and balls were plugging both in the fairways and the rough. Greens had a lot of sand on them. Cannot recommend and will not return.

Greens were top dressed with sand that stuck to the ball, not worth the $66 green fee.
