Coral Oaks Golf Course

Coral Oaks is an OK course for the non-beginner to good community or visiting player. Some Tees show heavy player on most teeing areas. Water bodies are nicely placed. The layout is challenging on many holes.

I was signed up as a single with two other golfers already scheduled for the tee time.

I was waiting at the first hole at the scheduled tee time after being checked in by the starter who was remote from the first tee.

I waited and waited and no one showed up except for a foursome who had a tee time after me.

I walked back up to the starter and asked about the two other people I was supposed to go off with. He told me oh, they went off early and made a five some with three others. Really?!

Fortunately the foursome that was after me allowed me to tag along.

Front side needs water, fairways burnt. Back side good not great condition. Greens excellent. Tee boxes beat up a little., marker placements need to be moved around a bit. Fill in divots on boxes, and water. Staff very kind and hospitable.

Tees could use more grass but they are trying to improve this.
