Cove Cay Golf Club

Fun golf course to play. Much improved conditions on the greens. No bare spots. The price is right. Friendly golf shop staff and starter. Will definitely go back.

There was no course layout on the score card or even at the tee off. This made it a bit difficult to know where the hole was and what type of shot to do. There then thst, beautiful course.

We enjoyed the challenge of the different holes, but the pace was extremely slow. Not sure if we experienced a bad day or if this was normal play. I expect that if we played this again it might be better but it took 4 hours to get through 10 holes. There is great potential in this course but from listening to the players in front of us there was a sense of entitlement. Not what we expected.

Was a little apprehensive booking a tee time based on other reviews. Pace of play wasn't bad we finished 18 in under 4 hours. Greens were in decent shape. The rental clubs were nice enough as well. Great views on back 9.

Tried Cove Cay for the first time recently, it has beautiful views. There is a lot of water and deep bunkers that require some skill But the most challenging was the slow pace . It took 4 hrs to get 11 holes in with back ups at every hole and golfers hitting into us frequently. This made our afternoon uncomfortable. Maybe it was a fluke or a bad day . The course would have been more enjoyable if not for that.

Great staff nice course good food need a little water on the course but greens were great. Fun course to play not long but fun

Love the course. It’s one of my favorite ones within Tampa area. A bit challenging but the views on the back 9 are always a highlight. The clubhouse is well maintained and the staff is friendly.

Kid checkin us in was a tool. 9 holes took 3 hours. Course was in rough shape . Greens were ok. Slowest course ever.
