Plantation on Crystal River - Lagoons Course

When we arrived the parking lot was full and there were carts lined up to tee off, but when our tee time came up we teed up and were able to keep moving the whole round. The greens were fast and true. The fairways were in decent shape for this time of year.

Course needs more signage to guide first timers. A lot of wet areas. Short course from senior tees. Greens accounted for most of the difficulty with severe slopes. Water hazards on about half the holes. Made some new GOLFNOW friends.

Challenging yet playable for the average golfer I have played here a couple of times enjoyed both times.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Carts were clean and they gave me my own cart in spite of being in a foursome. The course was in good condition. Fairways were overseeded and greens were smooth and medium speed. The only negative was the driving range. Had to hit off of mats that were in very poor condition and were limited to 170 yard club.

Was impressed with the condition since the hurricane came through. Greens were smooth and true. Tees and fairways had good winter over seed.

Played this course before, always find the staff (especially Charles) to be helpful and friendly. Course is conducive to returning....not tricky, but makes you play the course.,and the condition was very good.

This course is in great shape. Hurricane Irma took its toll on some of the trees, but has all been cleared. Greens are some of the best in the County. If you haven't played here in a while, you should give it a try. Grounds keeping efforts have really paid off here.

Greens fast and tricky. Large landing areas. Nice bunkers.

Great time. Little wet but fairways in great shape greens holding up. Very fast. Play them with caution.

The course is recovering from the hurricane. Several trees were down and most clean up remaining is out of the playing area. The greens were a bit slow but pretty good.

After the hurricane they did a great job rebounding, course grass was in good shape, from tee box, fairways, greens. Most all downed trees and limbs taken away or stacked to be removed. Me and my wife had a great time.

The course was in good shape for so soon after Irma passed through. There were some places that had excess water, but not so much that play was really affected. The greens were in decent shape and rolled well. Really nothing not to like except for some awful play on my part.
