With golfnow hot deal, it was a good experience playing here.

Over 5 hour round which was unexpected on an afternoon tee time. Our foursome which included 2 ladies was pushing the threesome in front of us all day.

For the rate I paid on GolfNow this was an absolute steal! Beautiful layout, lots of artistically shaped bunkers, nice variety of holes, rolling fairways framed by pine trees and water -- this is the picture perfect golf course near the Jersey shore. Fairways are wide and forgiving, but you need to choose your angles carefully. Sand in the bunkers are light (not dense) and easy to get out of. Course was in really great shape, and they deserve applause for removing most of the fallen leaves off the fairways and rough. Starter was very friendly and there was a patrolling ranger that kept pace of play. Although it took 5 hours to complete today's round on a Sunday afternoon (although the starter indicated pace of play being 4:20), everybody kept moving at a steady pace so it didn't actually feel slow. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Course in good shape, good variety of holes, good practice area

Would have been a 5 star day except three holes were having the fairways aerated ......we were not told this before teeing off. Other than that, the course was fantastic. Green fees provided by Golf Now still made the course a major bargain!

Great course with challenges for every level of golfer, but not punishing where you feel beat up by the course. It's fair for everyone, with risks and rewards, the way a course should be. We played In late September, when greens and fairways were beginning to be aerated, but that's necessary maintenance and a small price to pay if we expect the course to be in top notch condition next spring.

Took advantage of an aerification discount since this course is more on the expensive side even with the regular discounts. For the most part, the conditions were still very good considering they punched the grass about a week ago according to the starter. The layout of the course is great with challenging layouts but still very playable. Each hole was unique and I can't say I have a favorite since each hole I got to was my new favorite. Just a really fun course overall, highly recommended.

The course is both challenging and forgiving and the greens have many slopes and levels. This course was just aerated so the greens were sandy and somewhat bumpy. This should have been noted on the reservation website and the rates should have been reduced. We didn't expect this when we showed up. Most of the other courses in the area were aerated a month ago. Very disappointing. Also, no refreshments on the course, halfway house closed, no beverage carts. Course was crowded, don't understand why?

played on 9/22/2013 course in excellent condition. It now goes to the top of our list of tracks here at the shore. 2:30 pm tee time. we had the course to our shelves. From the white tees this is a long track. The rain last night made the fairways a little soft. Greens were perfect except that having the last tee time the golfers that played before use did a very poor job in repairing their divots on the greens. This is a top course , the greens deserve better care by all of use that play this course. Help the staff keep it in top shape, especially the greens. It only takes three seconds per divot. At least fix your own!. We would recommend this track to all. top 5 in all of N.J.

Played 18 from a Golfnow deal the other day, $35 each for a 7:30am tee time. What a beautiful course, very well maintained, low cut rough makes finding your ball easier, greens run fast and true. They had just aerated the 17th and 18th fairways and were working on another on the front nine, glad we got in before they are all done. I will definitely play here again!

Definitely one of the nicest courses I've played! Unfortunately it's that time of year where most courses are air raiding! I will definitely play there again but not until its back to its full potential!!

Beautiful layout. Lots of room off the tee, although the generous fairways have many bunkers.
It’s a five-star course, but I rated it a 4 due to 1) average to poor condition of the greens and fairways, 2) virtually non-existent yardage markers in fairway and on tee, 3) ugly scruffy weeds when you stray far from fairway.
With a little more maintenance, I’d definitely give it 5 stars. A very good value at the $57 price I paid.

I paid $75 for a Tuesday AM round, and at that price, it' was a great birthday present for my dad. THe course itself had suffered from a sever rainstorm so collectoin areas were really soggy, but other than that, this place was gorgeous. Four outstanding par 3's and a lot of interesting but challenging par 4's, I like courses where you don't just get to pull driver 14 times without thinking about it, and this was one of them. If i'd paid $100 I'd be a little less impressed, but at this price its a great value, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone in the AC area.

Probably the best course I have played in New Jersey. Great conditions and great layout. I would say it is worth the $95 during the week..but i likely would only play with the discounts from Golf now. I played it for 75.

I was on vacation and played a few courses in the area. Ballamor was my favorite out of all of them. This course normally costs $95.00 for the time that I played. I booked it through Golfnow.com the night before and paid only $38.00! Unbelievable!!!

The course was in very good condition. Played the white tees at 6,300 yards. Gigantic greens that are well maintained. Lot of risk reward holes which I found fun to play.

Great course in Great Shape. Definitely worth the money.

This is a well designed course with a fair number of bunkers. Water comes into play less than you'd think given the amount. The width of the fairways allows for higher handicap players to enjoy the round while lower handicap players are challenged by the quantity and placement of bunkers. I'd play it again.

This is a very playable course which provides beautiful views and great golf. The course appeared heavily played with many divots on each fairway and the par three tee boxes. The pace of play was slow, but the course design and the friendly staff made the time go by quickly.
