The Club at Pelican Bay - North Course

Great lay out, greens need a lot of attention, lots of bare spots.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this course was in awful shape, the was no grass on the greens, if there was it was only a couple square feet, very bad, fairways were ok and they aerated the tee's, overall if I would've known how bad it was I wouldn't have wasted my time there

The staff was great. The greens were the worst I’ve ever seen any greens, they were all brown. Was told there was irrigation issues. Price did not reflect the condition of the course at all. Also, no food or beverage open other than pro shop snacks and fridge.

Place had no grass on the greens barely anything to the tee boxes or fairways and the entire place smells like manure. Wouldn’t spend the money until they get some water out there

Horrible. All greens were dead and actually cracked. Hard to find any grass in fairways. Thank goodness I had a great deal thru Golf Now.

I played the back 9 and found the course to be interesting. It was really dry, the greens had sizable dead and bare spots, mostly around the edges and didn't really affect my game. Conditions made both greens and fairways pretty fast, drives and fairway hits went a long way after hitting the ground. Chips onto the green were more likely to go farther than intended, as likely going off the other side as not. That might say more about my ability than course conditions though. I'm looking forward to trying the other 9 before making a final opinion.

This place just got bought out and the previous owners let it go for a long time. They said they had sprinkler issues that didn’t allow them to water the course as needed. The greens were dirt. The course was mostly dirt. So were the tee boxes. To charge what they did should be criminal. Maybe wait a year or so and check back to see if they cleaned it up. Not worth any money to play.

The greens are really browns. The tee boxes are a joke. This course is the worse course I have ever played. It is criminal that they charged us what they charged.
