Pro staff and booking quick n friendly as we started. Had course really to ourselves so a nice easy round with lovely course layout. Defo back again

With a loverly sunny day in February we decided to play somewhere different. This seemed a good deal at Carmarthen so my biggest shock when we got there was Temp greens on!! Then add No staff to be seen anywhere. Pro shop locked. Course in poor condition. Only 17 holes on and asks to play the putting green as 18th. Just all round poor.

course was in excellent condition. First time playing here..weather was not the best but did not spoil what was an enjoyable round of golf. on a very good parkland course. a few blind holes but fairways were the best I've played on this year greens were a pleasure to putt on a little hilly in places and a few blind holes but all enjoyable. we Will be bach here again.

Well established and mature course. Good drainage and well manicured greens. We really enjoyed our round even if it was raining a little.

Nice and clean with no litter and numerous shelters which we were able to use to escape the rain. Would definitely play here again

Some excellent holes amazing views well worth a round

Greens a little quick for non members to master but overall well maintained. Staff and members very welcoming and covid restrictions very efficiently applied.

Excellent course had a great day. Everyone is welcoming. The views are spectacular. Many interesting holes challenging without being daunting. Some of the tee positions are a bit odd having to drive over the last green or accross in front of another tee ! It's ok if the course is not busy. But would be confusing if the course was busy. Other than that it was top quality. I would definatly play again.

My wife and i were due to play on 16/10/2017. When we arrived hurricane Ophelia was in full cry. We were prepared to play but the staff suggested we come back the next day and play at no extra cost. The next day was very pleasant and we had a lovely round at a highly recommended golf course.

The course is long and I used my Driver on nearly every hole. Fairly forgiving fairways as a lot of holes are side by side. The course wasn't busy so pace of play was excellent. A couple of tees are not intuitive but are well signed. The course is easy to find, pop postcode in sat nav and it takes you straight to it. There are some quite narrow lanes to drive down and it is a little way from the town but well worth it Next time I am in the area I will be sure to book a round here

Played midweek in lovely weather. The course played very well, fairways were firm and well kept. Greens were in good condition though I found them difficult to read and varying in pace (maybe a different grass than I'm used to?) Some difficult holes with big cambers on some fairways. Lots of tees criss crossing though not a problem. My only criticism is the tee boxes could do with some work, surfaces a bit uneven. Very good overall and I'd recommend playing there.

Course in good condition however the greens were a lot slower than the last time I played Carmarthen which suited an occasional golfer like myself however my son prefers a quicker green! Tough luck on him cos I beat him!!
