Got to the course at 10:30, 10 cars in the lot on a beautiful day. Thought this can't be good. Course is in horrible condition. No grass to speak of. Greens sanded, slow, putt like astroturf. Layout is decent, lots of big sand bunkers. This course made me angry. Wished I'd have played elsewhere. Will not return.

Didn't tell me until I arrived that a tournament went out ahead of us. Didn't tell greens were sprayed green, front 9 would rate no more than 2, back in decent shape. Put a single in front of us at the turn and said he would move along, he didn't and could not hit the ball 100 yards. Took 41/2 hours to play 15 holes. We quit. No ranger to control play. We drove about 1 hour to play. Never again.

I had played here previously and found it interesting...conditions have improved and they allow carts in the parking lot which matters when you are 74. Some elevation changes, lots of massive sand traps and a good variety of hole layouts. I'm a 2 hour round trip drive or I would start playing here more often...worth checking out

Arrived early to hit some range balls and chi_ and putt. Range was fine except the size of the area to practice to crowded…

Grass in fairways was tight but good. Couple of greens are a work in progress.

The first time I play this course and it was great. The green are good there is no water at all. I will play it again.

Cold day in the 40s-low 50s. Balls not flying far. Made up for that due to the firmness of the overall course. Rained the day before. Still hard. Heavily sanded greens made finding a consistent putt pace challenging. Repairing ball strikes on the greens was like playing in a sand box sometimes. Still a good course for the price. And usually available.

This was a nice course, I would play it again. Lots of sand traps on the course. Fairways neeeded more grass. Greens were hard as rock and fast.

Overall neat course to play. I’ll be back .

It was slow, but the course layout is good. Needs work and help in a lot of areas. Great value if you just need to get a round in.

The layout is great downhill holes uphill holes, big greens. They need to improve the green conditions. They need to have more grass than sand and the fairway need more grass too . Tea boxes are good, but around the greens very sandy

Is good deal for the price we pay 35$

My wife and I were not paired up with anyone so we were dreading playing as a twosome. Despite following a 4some we played in less than 4 hours. Course was decent with good greens although tee boxes weren't great. At $30 for a PM rate, can't be beat!

Deltona is still coming back. There’s still room for improvement. while I was playing I could see them working on the course.
