Monty great course much better than Roman

And in my opinion much better value than 2010.

Very unlucky with weather hurricane Gareth hit us so course very wet and windy.

Also played here in summer and was great. Greens true .

Loved the course and the set up. However on arrival I checked In at the pro shop not to be told we were saying in a 4 ball! We walked down to the first tee 5 minutes before tee off and watched 2 people tee off thinking play was slow to then be told we are in a four ball and are playing with the two gentlemen we watched tee off. We then were told we can't play the first hole even though it wasn't our fault! For a 5* resort very poor!!!

Fantastic course and thoroughly enjoy the day there. Speed of play was a bit slow but the course Marshall done everything he could to speed that up. This is a long course so I’d advise hiring a buggy unless you’re up for the walk. Will definitely be returning soon

Cracking course. Buggys slow down play to crawling speed possibly something which needs to be addressed as there was quite a wait on some tee boxes which nearly spoilt the day.

If I was rating the course tee to green it was faultless, fairways greens and bunkers all immaculate. It was my wife's birthday and we played with our 11 year old daughter who play off 11 & 23 and myself so all very regular golfers, green to the next tee at times was pure torture !! I understand that to have such amazing holes there will be an element of walking but it did become hard work and did effect our golf due to exhaustion. We followed a 4 ball in buggies and they held us up all round due having to walk across fairways and keep to buggy paths( which is under stable to keep the fairways do good) ... would I like to play it ? YES ... would I walk NO ... would I take a buggy No ... a tough decision if We want to play s fantastic course again !!!!

Course was wet due to the poor weather but the greens were very good as were nearly all fairways, good test of golf.
