Fairwood Park Golf Club

Played this course 3 times and loves this course,greens are always Brill .The clubhouse is a bit dated but all staff and members are brilliant 4 ball in front of us but no problem let us thru on the second hole no issues,always help nice sunny day thank you Fairwood park .

A surprise round! Lovely weather always helps. But initial judgement was swept away. Clubhouse looks a little rustic, but a good little pro shop and friendly staff. Buggies are great condition and a lovely sweeping course with a few tricky holes! Would happily play again!

Only slight downside for me was how busy the course was. Based on the available tee times on the booking tool I was expecting it to be fairly quiet, which would have been ideal for my first time playing the course. However it was very busy and I felt pushed for speed despite only being a 1 ball.

However everyone was extremely friendly and the course was in excellent condition. Beautiful course, will play again.

Just a brilliant day staff really friendly course in great condition

Parts of the fairways were very wet under foot which was expected after a week of non stop heavy rain. Greens were nice. I can imagine this course is excellent in the summer months.

Nice course. Was a competition on, so lots of 4 balls. But good to be able to get an am tee time as a non member. Nice course, lots of trees. Staff were nice an friendly, as were other golfers. Club and shop look a little tired and shabby.

Overall not bad at all. £35 for Sunday morning isn’t bad at all.

The course was in great condition and the greens were very good. Enjoyable and not too hilly. The owner was very friendly even said we could stay over in our Motorhome if we wanted too. The club house is a little outdated but staff friendly. For the price we paid it was a bargain !

Probably my favourite course in the Swansea area now, just a delightful course, an easy walk but full of really interesting and challenging holes, you need to have your golfing brain turned on. Superb condition and amazing considering the extreme conditions this summer - very green and perfectly presented. Really friendly and helpful staff, members and green staff. If I lived closer I would definitely join here.

Lively course, well set up. Some great holes, long challenging par 4’’s. Course appears to be tight with plenty of trees but I found quite forgiving in reality.

THE BEST GREENS I HAVE PLAYED ON THIS YEAR. They green keeping staff should be very proud.

What a great course beaten only by the friendliness of the Pro Chris. Chris handed me a complimentary course planner on arrival then took the time to explain the layout. He was also there at the end to ask how our round went. Different class. Will definitely be returning.

As with most reviews, the staff and welcome was a classic welsh one..

Course conditions were poor, greens had obviously been tinned recently but hadn't been cut in a while. Tee boxes were very poor, pace of play was exhausting. Having played courses for a similar price that far exceed this one, 20 quid would have been max...

Not for me thanks.

The course was in very good condition with greens running fast and true. A very enjoyable golfing experience.

The course was in great condition staff very friendly and helpful, the clubhouse is extremely dated and untidy looking and in need of a desperate facelift.
