Go golf somewhere else then if you don't like the course or pace of play. Fort Walton is all about money and allowing far too many golfers to play.

Oaks Play First Time

Only two holes recent shape and they weren’t anything above average. Well worn and played. Beautiful layout. Could be a challenging course. However, everything about it needs help. Play the Pines. Better condition by far.

Poor course conditions

The greens were in terrible shape.

Played in afternoon and there was no organization regarding groups and teetimes.

One positive aspect was there were shortage of carts with adequate electric charge but when our cart quit after 10 holes, staff brought us a new cart quickly
